Its not clean. I dont understand why this Hotel is rated 4 star because its not
More like a 2.5 star. My bathroom had moulding and not a nice smell, 6 night stay is not short. My 2nd day i had to tell the staff to clean my bath room and the cups and glasses. That should be a minimum. There is alot of clutter around the corridors, the hotel should find a room to store its supplies not at a corner. I changed my room because I felt unsafe in the room I booked, there was no space between the bed and the seat incase of an emergency escape from that bed is very tricky and also noise from the street. The room I changed to was a cheaper room but they refused to refund the difference. The lift area is very narrow again this poses as a hazard incase of an emergency, they have squeezed to many rooms there be sure the other facility "Just sleep their lift area is spacious enough. They also need to have good partners for transfers the taxi they called for was dirty and smelly its like the driver eats in the car and does not clear trash. Unfortunately I didnt have to get another because it took soo long to come so my time was limited

Excelent location, you step out of the hotel to your left is an elevator to the metro underground forget about the stairs, and anime and other stores. The area is also super fun at night with the street food vendors poping up.

Also this area is at the hart of anime weeaboo culture, you be crazy to stay anyware else. You get everything japan has to offer just more relaxed and laid back people.

Super nice helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower is a bit problematic due to its weired design spilling water everywhere, but luckily like any Asian bathroom their is a drain in the middle

The hotel needs to promote the location more with pictures of the underground and what the scrounging has to offer. If it wasnt for my taiwanese friend picking this area i wouldn't have never ever known

For a family of 4 pax in a room is pretty small, including toilet. Pillow is too soft. Corridor of the hotel room is too cold.

Perfect location and value for money

Perfect Location. Good breakfast. Good staff

Our room ac was not cooling properly so struggled to sleep. Informed the receptionist. He arranged a new room for a night. But managed.
