Great staff, very clean, close to shops and restaurants and easy travel by grab to the airport.

Basic but well located
Pros:

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was not too bad either.
The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is perfectly located if you are catching a flight from Clark airfield.

Cons:

The hotel experience felt like a transaction.
The room has movement sensors that switches off the air conditioning after no movement detected.
That would be fine if our stay was not in May when it is very hot. I was up at three in the morning from the heat.
The room also had a musty smell that they tried to address to no success.
The last straw was that there was absolutely no shade at the pool area.
We booked a late check out at a fee with the idea to spend the day relaxing at the pool till our flight.
Cost savings should not be done at the expense of basic comforts any guest would expect.

Great stay, clean, awesome location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Our room was super clean and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Traffic leading to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Just needs to look fresher. I would prefer more of quality than quantity.

Only an overnight stay and was good other than bathroom flooding with inadequate drainage.
Pros:

Easy walk from SM City P2P bus stop even with heavy cases, attentive staff, clean and comfy room, reasonably good breakfast facilities, easy pick-up for Grab taxi to Clark Airport.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little more expensive than expected for what it was. Shower/bathroom was a big let down, a shower curtain is provided but doesn't stop the room from flooding across to the WC
