Always good service. Feels like home.

The exceptional service from the managers down the crew st the restaurant, reception , housekeeping and security.

Cons:

Pros:

When we arrived, they were not able to immediately give us the one bedroom suite we booked, but were very apologetic and quick to compensate us for the trouble. We were provided free breakfast and an extra bed for our stay and transferred to the room we booked the very next night.

Cons:

The breakfast spread was just alright. They aren't too quick to refill the some of the breakfast foods/cups and glasses/cutlery so sometimes you have to wait for it...

Prime location, right next to SM Clark.

Cons:

Overall Nice Property
Pros:

The property is very nice with lots of amenities nearby, just not real hot water for showers (my only complaint) hot enough to shower but not a "hot shower". Otherwise it was nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The Park Inn has nice location, plenty to do close. Staff is completely wonderful.

Cons:

That they could not accommodate for my entire stay! I transferred to Best Western Plus and things are not the same.

Bathroom improvement needed
Pros:

Sink was clogged, shower head was dysfunctional - maintenance and house keeping can do a much better job. Breakfast food choices could be more and fruit quality can be better. The watermelon did not taste fresh and clean.

Pros:

This is our second time staying at Park Inn by Radisson Clark, and we always enjoy our stay here. A special thanks to Aldy, the housekeeper who always keeps our room clean and comfortable. He checks on us every day to see if we need anything and always makes sure our room is clean and comfortable. We really appreciate the care and attention he puts into his work. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we come back to Clark, we will definitely stay here again. The staff are welcoming, and they make us feel right at home every time we visit. 💖

The exceptional service provided by Nico, Gab, and Mark at the front desk was greatly appreciated. Zeny and Alfonso consistently offered attentive assistance at the entrance. We extend our gratitude to James and the bar and restaurant staff for their excellent care during our stay. Our housekeepers also deserve commendation for their outstanding work.
