I’d like to give a special appreciation to Vanjoe from housekeeping for being so accommodating, kind, and attentive during our stay. He was always pleasant and willing to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made a difference in our experience.
The location was also very convenient, especially because it was easily accessible to the mall and nearby establishments. This was a big plus for us, as having a toddler meant we needed easy access to food, essentials, and other necessities.
I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was extremely convenient.
I especially enjoyed my morning coffee and breakfast. I was greeted every morning at 6 am with the biggest smile and most customer friendly attitude I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.
Marj is a remarkable employee and I hope I can enjoy this wonderful experience on my next visit.
In addition, I will say all the employees at Park Inn Clark were wonderful. My experience tells me they most likely reflect their managers good attitude.

The parking is off site because the onsite parking is very limited
Staff was friendly... but: The room is enclosed with no possibility to open the windows. Also, the aircon temp switches back to it's original settings, not my desired temperature. So, two negative points. Room was damp and smell stays in the room without circulation. It was also warm at night which made it harder to sleep well.
I gave my negative points in previous question.
The area where we were having a Convention was very handy and nearby the event.
There was a burst pipe incident at 4:30am and was resolved by 7am.
The explanation was that in order to get the hot water to the 6th floor the water is pushed up to these floors with more pressure.

Special shoutout to Rusty from Housekeeping, who was always quick to assist whenever I needed a refill of bottled water or coffee—and even helped clean up my used plates after my Flexi Meal. 😂 You’re the best, Rusty!
To the very beautiful Aira from Front Desk, thank you for your warm greetings every night when I came back from a tiring shift. After a long day, that simple “welcome back” feeling really makes a difference. 🥰
And of course, to the wonderful security guards who kept us safe and dry during those heavy rains—and even let me borrow an umbrella when I didn’t have one. You literally saved me from becoming a walking shower! ☔😂

This is my Favorite Hotel everytime we have a Flight using Clark Airport. From Check In to Check Out everything was Smooth. Rooms are Clean, Cool and Comfortable. What makes this hotel more special is its Location, just beside Angeles City yet in Clark so its Location is just perfect. Also connected to the Mall so everything you need is just beside it.
Breakfast doesn't have that much choices for the price
We had a great time. Rooms were very clean. Staffs delivered really great service especially Sir Aaron and Sir Basty!

Had 3 days here before flying home to Europe.
Nice and clean hotel with easy acess to SM Mall.
Breakfast was also wonderfull high class
The location and the nice rooms.
The fridge was not very big.
The bathroom shower made a noise.
Maganda po Yung place masarap Yung food nila we order pizza and coffee ...mabilis Yung service nila and mabait Yung mga waiter .. Ang clean Ng place at mabango.. the room is very cozy and relaxing.. we are sure to go back here..
