We stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Clark, Pampanga last June and booked two rooms for our group of four (3 adults and 1 child).
The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. Having direct access to SM City Clark made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decent for our stay.
The breakfast buffet was good, and the F&B staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. However, I hope the hotel can offer more variety in the breakfast selection. We also had to pay extra for our child’s breakfast, which was a bit disappointing considering the room rates are already on the higher side.
Our check-in experience could have been better. The reception staff who assisted us could improve their demeanor and be a bit warmer and more welcoming, as first impressions make a big difference.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay because of the comfortable rooms, excellent location, and the kindness of the F&B team. With improvements to the breakfast variety and front desk customer service, the experience would be even better.
I would like to thank Ma’am Jannah and the rest of the staff for their excellent service. They were all very friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout my experience. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

The location is at its best considering its beside the mall.
The breakfast buffet. I was hoping a filipino breakfast buffet considering that i am an ofw however, its like american and indian breakfast. Curry for bfast, really?
Good but I suggest don't leave cup on the table every morning if it's vacant ....because I see flies on cup and then if person accupied the table and he use the cup for coffee it's not good ....yes you see it's clean but flies stand there long
Hard to call on phone no body answering immediately if I need to have a room service
Park Inn location makes it convenient to go around for shopping, dining & even taking walks for exercise. The staff is courteous & hospitable. Shout out to Precious, Angel, & Jeremiah from the Food staff for great service & taking the time to get to know us.

The customer service here is hands down some of the best I’ve ever experienced! Every single staff member was so warm, patient, and eager to help with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a fantastic experience.

Next to the shopping mall. Had a great overall experience! Rooms were nice and clean, meeting venue was good as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Special thanks to Kiko, Randy, Josephine, Kristina, Dion, Aileen, Nice, Rowena and Robe for making the stay comfortable
Excellent business location but poor room lights and poor cold breakfast. Not Radisson standard by any chance. definitely rooms can be better. I will try to find nearby property
Everything is good 💯 except the housekeeping rooms are too poor 😕 but the manger Jem's is 💯 percent good 👍
Housekeeping is slow and they don't clean as it's required.you need to ask them to do the cleaning.
Had an amazing experience stay in Park Inn. Specially the housekeeping staff and other. Paul and Leanne was always helpful whenever I need any help for my room.
Was here on a business trip for 2 weeks. Housekeeping team, Rowie and John, always kept our room clean and tidy. Service was also fast whenever we requested anything from front desk. Would definitely stay here again :)
