Excelente ubicación al frente del paseo marítimo, vistas del mediterraneo, y excelente desayuno

La ubicación, la habitación y camas súper cómodas, muy buen desayuno y el personal de recepción.

Un grand merci au personnel pour son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour.je tiens à préciser que Wafae , oussama,, Ibtissam, étaient au top rien à dire
Sans oublier ,Sarra, Leila , Mohammed ,Ibrahim , Taoufik ,Zakaria et toute l équipe était très attentionnée et serviables

Hôtel propre, certes mais zéro pour la restauration

Les prix exorbitants au niveau de la restauration.
Payer par exemple 250 dirhams marocain par personne sans boisson (environ 27,50€) pour le buffet proposé dans le restaurant garden Grill pour avoir le choix de carottes Râpées, de tranches de concombres, d’une salade de riz ou en cherche les ingrédients qui l’accompagnent, ou une salade d’aubergines et des plats principaux où on ne trouve que de la dinde, des boulettes de steak haché, des pommes de terres et des tagliatelles avec des olives et de la sauces tomates, des soupes. Les desserts hormis les fruits n’avaient aucunes saveurs. Vraiment honteux à mes yeux et pas digne d’un hôtel de ce rang.

Le service au petit déjeuner est excellent. J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel.

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très expérimenté. Au check out, on m'annonce que je vous doit payer un montant supplémentaire alors que j'ai tout réglé au check in. C'était désagréable. Je ne pense pas que je vais revenir.
