I am extremely disappointed with the rigid and unhelpful service from the manager at this hotel. We booked a room for two adults via Booking.com, but because only the main booker’s name was listed on the confirmation, the managemer flatly refused to let me check in. Instead of helping to resolve a simple administrative issue, he hid behind "hotel policy" with zero flexibility.
The manager never offered or initiated a single solution. When I grew frustrated and mentioned canceling, he immediately offered to cancel it on the spot even proudly stating it would be "free of charge". It is incredibly poor leadership to turn a guest away rather than solve a basic, common problem. Worse part is looking at how this property handles feedback online. There is a clear bias in how reviews are managed because this exact same manager is the one responding to some of the complaints. He is not competent to handle guest issues, yet he is left in charge of auditing his own poor performance. It makes you wonder what kind of connection he has with higher management to be shielded like this, even when he is completely in the wrong. It is a real shame because the rest of the staff and service team were actually quite good and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, this manager completely overshadows their hard work. We stay at hotels nearby constantly and have never encountered such a total lack of standard hospitality. I will never recommend this place and will never return.

Internet disconnection every 24 hours - I booked for 7 nights - then please ask for re-authentication post 7 days. Not every day.
