Central location. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff.
I would have preferred a slightly more extensive dinner menu.
The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was lovely and so where the staff. The hotel in general was kept nice!
Nothing really to comment here. My partner did tell me though that there were fancy auto-flushing toilets in the lady's toilets behind reception which were not in the male toilets - that would be a nice touch.

Pleasant hotel in fine location on sea front, town centre of Lytham 5 min walk. Excellent breakfast, good choice.
If only i'd had booked a room with a sea view !
It was clean and comfortable
The bar staff in the evening very unhelpful, we had come back to the hotel for a night caused the bar manager said no to making a Negroni
Breakfast is serve yourself with cereals and fruits then cooked to order always a bonus these days.
There was a pane of glass in the bedroom window that needs replacing, as it has blown and spoilt the wonderful sea view from that window, but there were 3 windows.
