The hotel is ideally located for all Lythams shops & restaurants. With beautiful views of the Ribble Estuary.. Great car parking facilities & v helpful staff.

Lovely location, great food, nice rooms
There was a wedding and the music in the general area was uncomfortably loud. In the bedroom it was too loud to sleep
Great location, on sea front but still a short walk to Lytham town centre.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff in dining room were so lovely. Great sea view too. We didnt get a seaview room but it was clean and quite sufficient. Checking in was a different experience. Woman on reception not interrsted almost rude. But would stay again just for the delicious breakfast

Because the clientele is mostly mature the bathrooms would be more accessible just as walk in showers
Perfect location for centre of the 1940s festival. Hotel was lovely very clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was lovely too.
Our room 211 was nice but views out the window were of other rooms so felt we had to keep curtains shut. Would be better with blinds up. Bed was very hard and pillows too firm for my painful neck. But thats personal choice. Room needed painting around the edge of the ceiling lots of black which could have been sorted. Overall nice room.

I loved it
Excellent service from walking in. Helpful and professional throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a fan in a heatwave. Immaculately clean, so hats off to the cleaners for their detailed work! Breakfast was great breakfast and the location convenient.

Bedroom pillows were very hard and uncomfortable the tv on the wall was very very small
Location is superb
It may sound picky but at breakfast the toast machine is self service and the typical “feed” the bread through as many other hotels use - while your breakfast is sat on the table going cold ! The choice of breakfast on menu is varied
