Pros:

Clean room.

Cons:

Noisy Filipino guests who stayed drunk from 1am till 4am on the same top floor, and the hotel staff did not do anything about it.

TV was mounted high on the corner of the room and the bed was in the middle of the room which made it difficult to watch; WiFi wasn't strong enough so Netflix and YouTube kept getting interrupted.

Water pressure in the CR wasn't strong enough to flush the toilet; no hot water shower.

Bad we will not return anymore.

It’s near the beach.

Cons:

I left my sunglasses at the resort and requested cctv camera and asked them if they already found my glasses but they kept on telling me that they will follow up with the IT. I know that someone found it and doesnt want to return it because it’s branded. In their restaurant outside nobody attends to us except the guards. I ask for 15 mins Extension to get ready for check out but the receptionist kept on bugging me and calling me. There was a noisy machine too beside the Pool.

Entspricht den Erwartungen die man hier haben darf. Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Ich war in dem Stand-Zimmer nicht in dem Hotelkomplex / Pool
Bar und Strand direkt 20 m von meinem Zimmereingang.
Der Service an der Stand Bar (Bare-Foot) und auch am Empfang war außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Der Service am Pool ist nicht aufmerksam und denkt auch nicht mit. Das geht im selben Hotel deutlich besser-- siehe Standbar.
