Pros:

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber. Dennoch war ich sehr traurig, weil zur der Zeit der Pool defekt war und die Sauna. Ich bin krank und habe gerade wegen dem Pool gebucht. Ja und dann nur zehn Euro erlassen, das ist nicht in Ordnung. Schade!

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer, vor allem das Bad, hatte einen starken Gestank.
Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer, doch leider nach hinten mit Blick auf eine Wand.
Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir jedoch einen Preisnachlass, was ein bisschen versöhnte.

Wir waren zu viert zwei Nächte auf einer Radtour dort. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr angenehmes und aufmerksames Personal. Schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr gute Küche.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren etwas klein, die Bäder aber waren super.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und immer bis zum Schluss verfügbar, inkl. Wurst, Lachs, Käseauswahl, Rührei und gekochtes Ei, Bacon. Müsli etc. Auch Rohkost. Ich habe nichts vermisst.
Die Zimmer waren klein, aber funktional und modern eingerichtet, die Reinigungskräfte sehr zuverlässig. Mir hat sehr gefallen, dass es einen Schreibtisch mit genügend Steckdosen auf dem Zimmer gab.
Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut. Wunderbar der groĂźe Garten mit Seerosenteich. Der Koch im Restaurant kocht unglaublich gut.

Cons:

Nichts. Der Aufenthalt war rundum schön, alle waren sehr freundlich. Nur der Hinweis, dass es keinen Kuchen oder süße Teilchen zum Frühstück gab, wohl aber später im Restaurant. Und auch keine angemachten Salate. Die Käseauswahl hätte etwas breiter sein können, es waren 4 verschiedene. Nach 7 Tagen hatte ich sie "durch".
Für den elektronischen Checkout (ging alles per Email) wäre es gut, eine Box für die Abgabe der Zimmerkarte anzubringen. Dann muss man nicht nochmal an die Rezeption, wenn man schon die Koffer "in der Hand" hat.
