Pros:

Понравилось все. И персонал и завтраки и номера и сам отель. Близость к поезду и к Венеции всего 2-3 остановки. Большая парковка на территории отеля. Рядом рестораны, кафе и магазины.

Very unique historic converted villa. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom was best part of our room and most up to date.

Cons:

Drab and worn out rugs throughout the building and old rough bedding. Beds and pillows very threadbare
And uncomfortable.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great area, right next to a pedestrian friendly square with a few nice outdoor restaurants. It was easy to park in the large parking lot. Both indoor and outdoor space of the hotel was interesting. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone we talked to was very pleasant and the gentleman at the breakfast buffet was especially professional in ensuring we had a good stay.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the fountains were working.
