Everything good except that weird wall partition seperating the bed area and the toliet
Pros:

Good location , eateries nearby and the breakfast area was spacious and breakfast food was good

Cons:

The toliet in the rooms , there is this weird wall partition that you can actually open and so it is not sealed that means anyone in the bed area can hear the sounds coming from the toliet and it is not so pleasant, there should be a solid wall instead of a moving partition.

La camera era spaziosa e fornita di phone, kit per lavarsi i denti, sapone e shampoo, asciugacapelli e asciugamani, bottiglie di acqua in vetro.
La piscina e la Palestrina erano accoglienti.
La camera era abbastanza pulita, qualcosa da perfezionare nelle pulizie di fondo.
La colazione era sufficiente: waffle, brioche e cibo più tradizionale.
Il personale super gentile e accogliente.
La sera firmate la cena musica dal vivo ad accompagnare il pasto.
Forniscono anche un servizio spa e massaggi ma non siamo riusciti a provarlo, i prezzi simili a centri fuori dall hotel.
La posizione è carina, di fronte un mini market per comprare stuzzichini e acqua… sempre davanti c’è un money changer molto comodo con cambio reale.
Zona tranquilla ma lungo la via ci sono parecchi ristoranti, spa e bar insieme a negozi.
Dalla spiaggia sono circa 20 minuti a piedi, tutti percorribili su marciapiedi.

Cons:

La pulizia era buona, ma da perfezionare sulle pulizie di fondo. Qualche piccola macchia sulle lenzuola e qualche dimenticanza in bagno.
Nel complesso posso dire che l’ambiente era abbastanza pulito

Pros:

O que mais gostei foi da localização, que é bastante conveniente e próxima dos locais que pretendíamos visitar.

O gel de banho é excelente, com uma fragrância muito agradável, e foi um pequeno detalhe de que gostei bastante.

Também gostei do facto de a limpeza dos quartos ser feita diariamente, mantendo o espaço sempre organizado e limpo.

Cons:

Acredito que, há alguns anos, este hotel tenha sido um dos mais bonitos de Seminyak. Infelizmente, hoje, nota-se claramente a falta de manutenção e renovação.

A maioria das instalações e equipamentos está bastante desgastada: há ferrugem, cortinas manchadas, chão manchado, toalhas já muito cansadas, entre vários outros detalhes. A lista é extensa e, na minha opinião, o hotel necessita de uma manutenção geral urgente.

O ponto mais grave, no entanto, foi a falta de água quente para o banho. Durante toda a nossa estadia, não tivemos água quente, o que considero completamente inaceitável para um hotel deste nível.

Também não havia placas de “Do Not Disturb” nos quartos, algo simples, mas que faz diferença na experiência do hóspede.

Com o passar dos dias, fui-me habituando ao ambiente, mas a primeira impressão foi bastante negativa e fiquei com a sensação de que teria sido melhor escolher outro hotel.

Na minha opinião, a pontuação atual não corresponde à realidade do local. O hotel tem potencial e provavelmente já teve os seus melhores dias, mas precisa de uma renovação e manutenção significativas para voltar a estar ao nível que a sua reputação sugere.

I liked the staff service who were attentive and always tended to our every need with a smile on their face.

I think the bathroom facilities could be updated e.g. sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush properly due to a lack of water and the towels could be replaced with something of a more luxurious feel.
