Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff very nice. Location and hotel were great. I rested well.

OK, except for the very last experience
Cons:

The lady walking around in reception asking people to ensure they gave a rating was very off putting and the only negative experience. When I said I would rate them in my own time, she asked me to do in front of her, which was very impolite and shows a lack of trust

La mia prenotazione é stata cancellata con un falso pretesto dicendo che la mia carta é stata rifiutata quando invece funziona perfettamente. Il bello é che tutto é avvenuto mentre eravamo nel volo verso Delhi senza alcuna possibilità di sistemare la situazione. Richiamando la struttura ci hanno semplicemente detto che non c'era più posto molto probabilmente accettano prenotazioni in overbooking e cancellano con pretesti falsi.

No transparency. Booking.com we book for Breakfast inclusive but we are asked to pay for breakfast at site.
Pros:

Location was excellent and convenient for different parts of Delhi

I have stayed in almost all the hotels in Aerocity but definitely this was the worst one and will never book again with them.
My choice of room was not considered and the reception staff was rude and not informed about the facilities. Both breakfast and lunch buffets were good but food was cold and no one was bothered. I was promised a late check out and agreed but later on they wanted to charge me for it. When I raised an issue the manager on duty was present but refused to speak to me instead sending his assistant to talk to me. They definitely not value the guest.
Also the property is old and not maintained well

Location was excellent, staff was super helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a good coffee shop in the lobby. Lots of good eateries nearby

Nothing to report. The hotel meets all expectations.

Aerocity located
Pros:

Nice hotel located actually in Aerocity as many others claim to be and they are not.

Cons:

Staff in reception is terrible. Their customer service is really low. Had contact with two shifts of them and both are the same, rude and unprofessional . Otherwise hotel is good
