The WiFi connection was not so good while I was staying.
Breakfast is good, beds are comfortable. Room is a decent size
I have recently had surgery. The most important requirement for my booking was a bath. After a 5-hour taxi from Jaipur, this was critical for my recovery. Price phoned to confirm the booking the day before, the bath and its importance was discussed. Finally arrive a the hotel and there is no bath in the room. My wife had to go and argue for it. Just why? There was no need for this and soured the whole experience. It's a shame, we stayed there in January, but don't expect we will return again.
It was just ok... nothing great about the place
Clean & easy accessible
So far nothing
Try avoid this hotel, incase you choose to still stay for cost / price , avoid reception staff - Natasha. And try get to other line. You may have a slightly better welcome. Carry your own water, you really don't know when you will be attended
The staff at breakfast were super helpful. I had an early morning flight so they let me pack some stuff away in a box.
The people who help you carry your stuff up are also extremely nice and friendly. Very accessible from the airport and costs around 300 INR if you book an uber to IGI.
For the price it charges, the hotel is in shambles.
I was in 222, and the water connection at the bidet was leaky leaving a pool on the floor. Then, they sent someone to fix it which he did. The leaking stopped but next morning I still found a pool on the floor- source unknown. I was in a rush to leave so I did not bother reporting it. Then, the tops of all refillable amenities- lotion, hand wash, etc, was falling off. The shower height adjustment never stayed and kept coming down to the bottom. Chips, rust, dirt- just poor maintenance everywhere. I'd expect than in an oyo that came with oyo prices but here it was abhorrent. There was noise all night in the corridors. The slippers they provide also slips on their floor- seems like no one bothered to check while making this an amenity. Furthermore, as you enter, there are a gazillion people at check in (all staff) and the tuk tuk tuk of keyboards and people having conversations among themselves just sets you off to an unpleasant and not a peaceful start.
I was charged a different cost during check in (pre-booked but in a different currency) and while checkout I was said that they made an error and will need to charge me more. Nominal amount but just goes to say a lot about having a peaceful, streamlined and focussed check-in counter will make this a better experience for everyone. I actually stayed here early covid during a transit flight and everything was super smooth which is why I came back. The fall in quality is astonishing.
