Everything was good the food,ambience,location u enjoyed slot on my birthday but there was no communication b/w staff so it bothered us.

Terrible Experience – Room Canceled Without Notice
Cons:

After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that my credit card could not be charged earlier, so they had canceled my reservation. No alternative rooms were available, leaving me stranded with my luggage and no assistance.
To make matters worse, my booking app still showed the reservation as confirmed—so much so that I can even leave a review for a hotel I was never allowed to enter!
I was fortunate enough to book a last-minute room at another hotel, but it cost me significantly more. This was an unacceptable way to treat a guest, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
