All and all a very enjoyable stay but service was inconsistent . Some was great and some not so much .
Pros:

Great location to town. Swimming pool . Tapas at the beach bar. Customer service . We had a late flight home and they let us stay in the room until 5:30pm!

Cons:

The maid service was very unpredictable. First day our rooms were not cleaned at all and every day after something was not replaced . It was very inconsistent . One day we had good service . I think it depended. Who was working .

Good location but cheap furniture and unfriendly staff
Pros:

Close to the beach good location and great breakfast

Cons:

Cheap furniture in the room, not so clean and damaged in some parts. Staff is not very friendly. I honestly don’t understand how the hotel is rated 5 stars. However breakfast is very good and good parties are organized on the beach at La Brise bar so those things help compensate the other points.

Équipements mauvais état : grande fenêtre ne ferme pas , des fourmis dans la chambre,
Restaurant au jardin, nous avons commandé des tapas qui nous ont été servis tous mélangé dans une petite assiette.., impossible de les manger , malgré notre réclamation, on nous a fait payer ce plat 🙁 grande déception pour un 5 étoiles

Todo. Es perfecto. Son todos súper amables y el lugar está muy cuidado. Especial mención a las chicas y chico de la recepción y Radi en la zona de la playa. Totalmente recomendable

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and I can honestly say that Radisson Blu Taghazout has one of the best teams I’ve ever met.

Everything was perfect the resort, the food, the cleanliness, the views, and the atmosphere ,but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people ❤️

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is to renew some of the towels and housekeeping equipment. A few of the towels looked quite old and worn, which didn’t match the otherwise excellent five-star experience. I already shared this feedback with the reception team during our stay. Apart from that, everything was exceptional.

Pros:

Le cadre est très agréable et reposant. Un immense merci au personnel, adorable et aux petits soins, on se sent vraiment comme en famille grâce à leur accueil si chaleureux. Le séjour en bungalow était top, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la diversité des prestations ainsi que l'excellente qualité du service restauration. Je recommande vivement !

Un petit déjeuner de Roi magnifique tout été bon le personnel au soin franchement rien ne manquer je ne sais vraiment pas quoi dire prendre un petit déjeuner à la terrasse autour de la piscine été très agréable bravo au personnels et très bonne continuation

Faire un peu plus attention au confort de petites choses dans les chambres l eau à la douche n avais pas une bonne pression et aussi vérifier que l eau pour boire ne manque pas
