Le menu du petit déj, le service en salle, l'emplacement

Cons:

Le retard du check -ing, plus d une heure et demi, absence de serviettes dans la chambre a l arrivée, mini barre en panne, aucune intervention malgré 2 réclamations, peignoir+goodies absents a l arrivée , una partie a été déposée le lendemain mais pour une seule personne alors que nous étions 2, prix très cher pour une prestation qui n est pas au niveau d un hôtel 5 étoiles,

Okay stay.
Pros:

Quiet place . The pool is clean and pools towels are provided. The nature surrounding are well looked after . Breakfast is good. Duplex bungalow are clean.

Cons:

Duplex bungalow 114- wc toilet seat unsecured, ceiling hatch in the wc left open, patio door couldn’t shut properly. No outdoor chairs/sofa on bottom floor.
Breakfast bar- some fruits has fruits flies eg melon.
stray cats circling our table while we are eating outside breakfast area.
Been to many renaissance hotels and this is below standard.

Le personnel est un vrai plus pour cet hôtel. Merci beaucoup à Lamya qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour nos demandes.

Posizione invidiabile e colazione eccezionale, per il resto basso rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione ottima, sulla spiaggia e a pochi passi da Taghazout. Colazione eccezionale. Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Buona la palestra e la scuola di surf. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Gli alloggi potrebbero essere più curati, non sono da 4 stelle. Almeno una bottiglia d’acqua al giorno potrebbe essere offerta, come in altri resort dello stesso livello. La pulizia non è stata impeccabile.
La spiaggia privata era sporca, con detriti e mozziconi di sigaretta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo nel complesso è sfavorevole.

Un séjour dédié à la détente dans un bel hôtel à taille humaine
Pros:

La proximité avec la plage et avec le village de Taghazout, le mode bungalow dans une structure hôtelière, la qualité du petit déjeuner et surtout la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons adoré le cours de pilâtes en roof top ombragé avec la vue sur la mer ainsi que les différents soins au Spa

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié d’avoir des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours sans avoir à appeler la réception plusieurs fois , c’est le seul désagrément

Great vacation beach hotel
Pros:

A beautiful beach hotel , beautiful view , the room was great , breakfast good , and the beach bar has a great taghazout bay view

Cons:

Doors are noisy, specially when people comeback to there room late night , you can hear the doors closing loudly .

Personalet var veldig vennlig og imøtekommende , fint bassengområde & nydelig massasje . Låg på stranda og kort veg til thagashout ! Nydeleg strandpromenade :

Cons:

Bærer litt preg av slitasje , første rommet vi fekk var eindel maur på . Da fekk vi bytte til nytt rom som var en del nyere og finere . Men virket litt slitt rom-delen av «anlegget»

Pros:

La proximité directe avec la plage et le village .
Le kids club et son personnel ( Fadwa et Naima)

Cons:

L’état de notre chambre à l’arrivée ( problème climatisation et invasion de fourmis…)
Les équipements sportifs : ballon de basket dégonflé, balle de ping pong et raquette.
Petit déjeuner: peut mieux faire en qualité et variété
