A lovely hotel for a day exploring Tours
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel to stay in for an overnight in Tours. The family bedroom had plenty of space, comfy beds and a powerful shower. It was an easy and attractive walk into Tours from the hotel and it was great to be able to use their parking before check in too. Breakfast was delicious too with lots of choice.

Heerlijk, comfortabel tot rust komen.
Pros:

De mensen van hotel Castel Fleuri zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en attent. Het hotel is heerlijk rustig, alles is super schoon. De bedden zijn er goed. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en voordat er iets op is, wordt er alweer aangevuld. Fijn is de parkeerplaats waar je de auto op doorreis veilig parkeert. Wij waren op doorreis en mochten onze tent, die we nat hadden ingepakt, op een veilige plek te drogen leggen. Binnen 15 minuten wandelen zit je tussen de leuke restaurants in Tours. Dit hotel is een aanrader voor als je op doorreis bent. Maar ook voor wanneer je een weekendje Tours doet.

Excellent place for a stopover and the secure parking included was a real bonus.
Pros:

Room well equipped plus fan, although air conditioning would be a bonus during the hot weather, but realise it was exceptional weather.

Cons:

No air conditioning, but this was unusual temperature.

Prima plek als je de stad Tours wilt ontdekken.
Pros:

Fijne, rustige plek. Je bent zo aan de Loire en in het centrum van Tours. Terrasje bij je kamer.

Overall quite disappointing but in fairness there was a heatwave during our stay so in different circumstances our view

Good location and secure parking.

Cons:

No air conditioning and unfortunately there was a heatwave during our stay. It was 37 degrees and probably about the same in our room despite the fan. All windows and shutters were closed which made it all very dark and uncomfortable. On arrival the reception area smelt unpleasant and the welcome was mediocre. Breakfast was ok but so many wasps all over the food which was a little off putting.

A pleasant overnight stop on my way south and a chance to see a little of Tours.
Pros:

The location is perfect, just across the Pont Wilson from the centre of Tours, an easy and pleasant walk, even on a hot evening. Very warm welcome. Easy to park behind the hotel. Pleasant room. Nice, simple breakfasdt.

Cons:

Nothing very much. It's a nice, simple family-owned hotel. Remember to take the entry code to the parking lot gate when you go out for the evening.
