Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa et dynamique.

Cons:

Manque de parking. L'établissement a besoin d'un peu de rafraîchissement. On peut avoir un côté traditionnel mais avec un peu de confort juste des nouveaux meubles

tres bon accueil et tres belle residence
comme un petit coin a la campagne on a pu prendre le petit déjeuner dans le jardin

Cons:

malheureusement l accès avec quelques escaliers mais ca vaut le coup pour la tranquillité et avec une vue sur le square de tana

accueil et personnel sympathique

Cons:

Séjour mitigé. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant, ce qui est un vrai point positif.
Mais plusieurs aspects de la chambre mériteraient une amélioration. Le petit-déjeuner, pourtant inclus dans la réservation, était assez décevant. La propreté laisse également à désirer : une très grosse tache était présente sur la couette, le rideau de douche était très sale et la cuvette des toilettes bougeait en permanence, ce qui donnait une impression de mauvais entretien.
Avec un meilleur entretien des chambres et un petit-déjeuner de meilleure qualité, l'expérience aurait été bien plus agréable.

位置不错，比较安静的区域，步行可去女王宫和集市，酒店的庭院很漂亮，员工很好，很安全，基本没有停水停电，不影响生活

Cons:

住宿费和BOOKING上的有差异，有蚊子，被子比较薄

比booking 预定价格高出百分之二十以上收取房费，为什么？
Pros:

位置在市区中心，闹中取静。古老的欧式建筑，很不错。经常有人过来聚会拍摄。房费居然不是按照booking 的预定价格收取，高出了预定价格的百分之二十以上，给booking 投诉，没有回复
