Sympathique
Pros:

Tout le personnel très sympathique et toujours à notre service. Très souriant.

Cons:

La douche, une cabine serait plus approprié, l'eau coule sur le sol et devient glissant. Risque d'accident. Varier un peu le petit déjeuner quand nous restons plusieurs jours. Nous avions q'une chaise pour 2.

ロケーションがいい。24時間対応している。
クレジットカードが使えた。

Cons:

空港へ行くタクシーを予約した、タクシーを降車する際、予約した金額より高く請求された。
空港で押し問答となり、大声で怒ると、しぶしぶお釣りをくれた。
ちゃんと金額交渉してから、予約したのに、ホテルのスタッフを恨んだ。

Pros:

Bei der Anreise war unser Zimmer leider voll mich Stechmücken. Bei der Reklamation wurde sofort schnell und unkompliziert gehandelt und uns wurde ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen, das war super hilfreich. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Cons:

Wenn man ein Taxi über das Hotel rufen lässt, werden 10.000 Ariary vom Hotel einbehalten, was im Voraus leider nicht transparent kommuniziert wird. Wir würden empfehlen für ein Taxi einfach an die Straße runter zu laufen, das ist günstiger.

Cons:

Manque de parking. L'établissement a besoin d'un peu de rafraîchissement. On peut avoir un côté traditionnel mais avec un peu de confort juste des nouveaux meubles

comme un petit coin a la campagne on a pu prendre le petit déjeuner dans le jardin

malheureusement l accès avec quelques escaliers mais ca vaut le coup pour la tranquillité et avec une vue sur le square de tana
