Staff were all really pleasant and helpful, especially helping my wife who needs to walk with a cane.
The hotel grounds are very calm and beautiful when you get far enough from the music blaring out.
The food was reasonable. As a vegetarian, the options are limited, but I managed.
The buggy rides back to our block were very welcome as it was as far away as it was possible to be.

The pools and waterpark is good however the rooms/riads themselves are filthy.

Logement, piscines, restauration

Photos on TripAdvisor and Tui website were obviously taken a long time ago. The rooms were shabby and dated, the cleaners came in everyday and left a bottle of water which was appreciated but did not change the sheets once in the week we were there. There was no lighting in the accommodation block we were in the corridor from rooms 500 to 510 was in darkness and we had to use our mobiles for lights. The pools look great but the water was freezing. Too many flies about when sitting by the pool and when the poolside entertainment is taking place they crank up the speakers making it uncomfortable for those not taking part. There is only 1 restaurant, limited snacks were available in the bar outwith meal times but no ice creams or things like that available outside the restaurant, food was very repetitive and restaurant often seemed chaotic with no organisation of seating and children literally running, one even on roller skates! aound the buffet. For all inclusive the choice and availability of food and drinks was poor. There is a shuttle bus to Marrakesh which runs several times each day, this is chargeable and needs to be booked at the activity centre. Although there is step free access in the main areas all of the toilet facilities were down several steps and several of the ramps are steep and difficult to walk down with sticks, would be even more difficult trying to control a wheelchair.

Holiday vibes

Paid for private transfer as we only had 2,5 days and wanted to make the most of every minute. Arrived at 12 noon, asked to return to reception in 2 hours for key. During that time we had access to the restaurant. Watched someone knock a glass over at the bar and glass was left lying on the ground while kids wandered around. Flies everywhere.
Returned to reception 2 hours later to be told there wasn’t a room available for us, we’d be transferred to another hotel. Taken to a hotel and left there with nobody knowing why. After 2 hours of making calls were told we’d been taken to the wrong place. Complete shambles and ruined our break.

Le restaurant, il y a du choix. Les plats sont très bons , le petit déjeuner varié. Le personnel du restaurant est poli et sympathique

Staff really nice, very helpful. Lots of banter with the bar staff. Entertainment team work very hard.
Food was different each day, lovely salads.
Place is spotlessly clean, even the toilets next to the pool!
We spent most of the days at the Mango pool.
Mozzie and flys are hungry so take spray!

Best holiday we have ever had. Staff excellent, especially the kids club staff, kiki, heboch, sophie and katy. They created so many amazing memories for the kids. Great facilities and lots of choice at meal times. Will be back. I am a travel agent and would highly recommemd this hotel.

This is truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The pool area is filthy with empty plates and cigarett butts, the food is inedible, the entertainment unwatchable ( non in English at all)

Staff are very friendly and loving. They bonded well with my little girl and made her feel comfortable. She had a great time. Rooms are standard, cleaned daily and regular bottles of water given too which is good! Entertainment programme runs everyday and plenty for all. Only thing I would say that’s a negative is the lack of food options as each day is pretty much the same and all inclusive drinks are very limited too. But overall, staff made the experience for us!

Very clean hotel and plenty of good food. Lots of very helpful staff and fabulous animation team specially fadwa with her big smile , had a few issues but rectified quickly and efficiently

Excellent from the moment we arrived. Location, perfect. Rooms clean and spacious. The team around the hotel are brilliant, all staff are very friendly. I will definitely be returning next year!! Big love for this place 💖
