Disappointing shower room
Pros:

The location, the spacious room, the obliging and helpful front desk staff, the aircon in the room.

Cons:

Nowhere to put shampoo, soap etc in shower room. Sounds like a small point but very inconvenient. No bath mat until mentioned. As often the case, most of the tv programmes were in a foreign language - in this case mostly German - with many porn sites! Could have been sorted before check in! The lift took some mastering - again needed instructions. Every owner and manager should spend a night in their hotel to experience the shortfalls.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym personelem, Pan na recepcji potrafił doradzić odnośnie wymiany gotówki, transportu do centrum, sklepów w okolicy itp. Sprzątanie pokoju, zestaw kosmetyków i ręczników wymieniany codzienne. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w obu pomieszczaniach w apartamencie.

Cons:

Nieszczelna zasłana szyba przy prysznicu, woda rozlewała się. Brak uchwytu na ręcznik przy umywalce

Gentillesse de l'accueil.

Cons:

L'emplacement trop bruyant. Petit déjeuner pas beaucoup copieux limite et un peu tardif pour ceux qu'ils veulent faire des excursions. Au niveau vaisselles il manque bcp d'ustensiles.

Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le niveau de propreté de l’hôtel. C’est l’un des meilleurs établissements que j’ai testés depuis mon arrivée au Maroc, et il a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Petit point à noter : il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser mais cela reste compensé par la présence d’un pressing juste à côté. Concernant l’appartement, il y avait une fenêtre sans rideau, ce qui était un peu gênant à cause de la lumière du soleil. Mis à part ce détail, tout le reste était très satisfaisant.
