Decent value for money in the city.
Staff were great and were able to check in early.
Probably another hook or rail in the bathroom for hanging.
Not a problem but would have been more desirable if the twins were both doubles or at least king singles.

Convenient city location. Walked to Queen Victoria arcade and Circular Quay . Nice rooms , free evening drink for guests , great selection of in-house food and drink options .
room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom in particular was lovely, althoug wear and tear is starting to show.
I feel the hotel in general is not very family friendly, when you have a toddler in particular. For example, the food menu, if you want to order hassle free room service, it's more acomodating to pets than children! . I also had a not very welcoming vibe from staff once they saw us with a toddler. I mean is ok if you are not a family friendly hotel, but if you rather not have kids in the property, just state it in your booking platforms. The property has no carpark, and there was no proximity to overnight carpark, so have to walk about 6min with your lugaggage and child, that was tricky! Also the carpark recommende on your website only offers longterm parking...

Staff weren’t very welcoming
The hotel was beautiful and the room was large and clean.
We learned at check-in that the rooftop bar was closed for renovations, which was one of the reasons we booked here. There is a nightclub nearby, which had loud music most of the night. We paid for the included breakfast assuming it would be a buffet (this was not explicitly stated but I think is a fair assumption), only to learn that you choose one meal at breakfast.
