Pros:

Прекрасный отель уровня four seasons, один из лучших в Черногории, расположение, сервис, еда, вид из номера, бассейны с тёплой приятной водой. Мне понравилось практически все. Кто то жаловался на завтраки, не совсем понимаю что не так, потому что в сравнении с другими отелями все было идеально, мы были в разгар сезона: омлет с трюфелем, яйца Бенедикт с лососем, фрукты, ягоды, инжир, достаточно быстро готовят блюда по меню, честно придраться не к чему, из минусов могу добавить только под уставший номерной фонд, с удовольствием вернулась бы еще сюда, но не более пары дней, больше делать особо нечего

Очень вкусный завтрак.
Прекрасное месторасположение.

Cons:

Плохой сервис в районе бассейна. Скорее его полное отсутствие. Поймать официанта не возможно, сами они не подходят. Заказы часто забывают. В итоге проще самому сходить в бар и заказать самому. Недостаточно персонала. При входе в зону бассейна, тебе дают полотенце и никто с тобой не идет к лежаку, не открывает зонт, все делаешь сам. Персонал вообще либо с недовольным лицом либо занят. После разговора с менеджером, мне принесли извинения за неудобства, и дали скидку 10%, просто исключили плату за сервис по факту которого и не было, но в дальнейшем ничего не изменилось. Из оправданий сказали что очень жарко и поэтому так.
В отеле в целом отдыхает очень много семей с маленькими детьми. Криков не избежать, начиная с завтрака. Бассейн в основном превращен в бассейн для детей. Все лесенки в бассейне заняты детьми, там мелко и им там удобно, что затрудняет пользование бассейном для других людей. Лежать и наслаждаться видом не получится. Все это напоминает детский клуб, а не пляжный клуб в дорогом отеле. Если вы хотите насладится в уединении лучше выбрать другой отель.

Hotel sensacional
Pros:

Este hotel é sensacional. Fica na marina, em frente ao mar, com uma piscina maravilhosa.
O quarto era bem grande, cama extremamente confortável, banheiro enorme. Contava com uma antesala e mini cozinha.
Achei otimo também contar com máquina de lavar e secar roupa.
Varanda super gostosa, com vista para o mar e a piscina.
Amenities do banheiro Perricone MD, super cheirosos. Tinha até sal de banho para a banheira.
Café da manhã delicioso.
Hotel conta com bar e restaurante (mas, só usamos o da piscina).
Room service muito bom também.
Ao redor do hotel há um centrinho comercial em desenvolvimento, com lojas de luxo. E, também um pequeno shopping mall, com restaurantes, lojas, supermercado e farmacia.
Muitos restaurantes charmosos por perto, pela promenade.
É realmente um lugar muito charmoso.

Cons:

Os funcionários do hotel não eram nem um pouco simpáticos. Na verdade, eram até um pouco intimidadores. Não pareciam ter boa vontade, nao eram receptivos. Sem sorriso no rosto e vontade de agradar.
Talvez seja uma questão cultural. Nós brasileiros somos um povo muito amigável e descontraído, ne?
Mas, de todos os lugares por onde passamos nesta viagem (foram 8 hoteis), este foi o que mais gostamos em termos de instalações e comodidade, mas, de longe, o que menos gostamos em termos do serviço.
Ficaríamos lá novamente com certeza, mas, realmente achamos os funcionários bem antipáticos (desde a recepção, até o bar, a piscina, concierge e, principalmente, a recepçao do spa, pela qual tínhamos que passar sempre a caminho da piscina). Exceção para o pessoal do bar no dia da semifinal da Copa, que deu um jeito de achar um lugar para nós.

A wonderfully relaxing experience in a lovely hotel in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The rooms were extremely well appointed, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view from our room although not ocean was nice. Our son had the best view out over the port. The breakfast was our favourite meal of the day. The quality and choice both buffet and menu was very good. The service was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast room location was perfect. Tables well spaced out and comfortable seating. We all loved the coffee. The pool bar was great for lunch. Excellent range of food. Great quality.
Above all else we found the service from the concierge to be exceptional.
Big shout out to Bosko who went the extra mile to come up with great excursions for us.

Cons:

The wifi in places was patchy and even non-existent.
A steam iron in the rooms would be useful.
The biggest disappoint was the lack of tap/draft beer in the hotel.
