Hijyen, konfor, odaların genişliği, kahvaltı idealdi.

Cons:

Konaklamamız süresince personel yeterince ilgili ve çözüm odaklı değildi. Giriş işlemleri sırasında çeşitli aksaklıklar yaşandı ve süreç beklediğimizden daha zor ilerledi. Otopark konusunda destek talep etmemize rağmen yeterli yönlendirme sağlanmadı. Ayrıca otele varışımızda herhangi bir karşılama personelinin bulunmaması da olumsuz bir ilk izlenim oluşturdu. Uçuş saatimiz nedeniyle otele planlanandan biraz daha erken ulaştık; ancak bu konuda herhangi bir esneklik gösterilmedi ve odaya erken giriş imkânı sunulmadı. Süreç boyunca daha yapıcı, yardımcı ve güler yüzlü bir yaklaşım beklerdik.

My stay was super great! I had an upgrade and the room was very spacious. Breakfast and restaurant was great.

One of the best experiences me and my girlfriend had as a hotel guests. I can say that this hotel and their staff, and the way they treated us, and other customers, one of the best 5 stars hotels in Europe.

Отдельно хотим поблагодарить команду отеля за прекрасный апгрейд номера в честь дня рождения моего мужа. Это было очень внимательное и щедрое проявление заботы, которое сделало наш праздник ещё более запоминающимся.

Спасибо за теплую атмосферу, внимание к деталям и ощущение настоящего отдыха.

Location and balcony view is amazing . One of the best hotels in Montenegro. Food in Murano restaurant is 10/10

overall a fantastic stay
Pros:

i got a room upgrade on arrival and that was a pleasant surprise. loved the room, the view, the access.

Cons:

unfortunately i was there early spring which just made the weather unpredictable. the pools were closed and outdoor sitting was hard on some days.
