Beautiful and clean rooms
Pros:

The check in and check out experience as well as a concierge service and staff are exceptional. I was even surprised with a free upgrade of my room was ready hours early before check when I arrived at the hotel in the morning. Great service with bringing my bags up to the room and even offering to cut off the luggage tags from the airline onto my bag which was a nice touch and set the tone for the service of the hotel. The room itself was absolutely spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was soundproof and I had the best night sleep there. The outside pool area is stunning and the daybeds are comfortable. The staff at breakfast were also more than accommodating when I arrived slightly late to breakfast because I had gotten the time wrong and not change the time on my phone. They made sure that I ate what I needed to and nothing was too much for them despite them closing within 10 minutes

Cons:

The staff at the pool bar made me feel quite uncomfortable when I asked for ice for water I had brought down to the pool. They refused to bring it to my daybed and said I needed to do it myself and every time I went up to the bar I felt that they were unhappy to serve me the ice because I wasn’t buying anything else. Once I bought a cocktail and some soft drinks, they attitude towards me Soon changed and I think that that was very unfortunate given the calibre of property and hotel. The other downfall was on the last day at breakfast, I waited 45 minutes and asked to waitresses to take my order and neither of them did so I never got the à la breakfast menu. I also asked for warm water and that only came 45 minutes later.

Malo cijene su pretjerane i problem sa napajanjem elektricnom energijom, 2 puta sam morao zvati recepciju jer u sobi nemam struju pa su nesto oni resetovali sistem i rijesili,takodje liftovi problem ne ocita karticu i onda nece da krene...

my stay was great till i see the black ants walking around my room , i will not recommend this hotel for oth

Cons:

cleaning was not good for the room , then only prepared the bed , i found black ants in the floor , second day i found a lot of them in the table where i prepare my tea , no refill of tea bag & sugar & i call them everyday to refill

Pros:

Das Personal war mega freundlich. Ich fand es mega lieb dass ich für meinen Chihuahua keine Zusatzkosten bezahlen musste, da der Hund klein ist und es berücksichtigt wird. Es war alles super und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

צריך לדעת שהמלון מורכב מ-3 בניינים שונים. שובצנו לחדר מול המרינה אבל רחוק מהכניסה לבן זוגי בעיות הליכה ולכן ביקשנו להחליף חדרים. פקידת הקבלה החמוצה סרבה בתחילה אבל מנהל הקבלה נתן לנו עשה בדיקה ובמאור פנים נתן לנומענה מעולה בסוויטה שהיתה בבניין הקרוב לכניסה. יש שם נציג שירות לקוחות (בחור בשם נאמני ובל בוי מעולים). ארוחת הבוקר והמתקנים מפנקים ביותר ויש גם שירות חניה שלוקח מכם את הרכב מחנה ומחזיר לפי הצורך.

את היחס של פקידת הקבלה. אבל היא היתה יוצאת דופן.
