Important information:

Please note that from January 7, 2025, the main building of the Hotel am Sophienpark will be extensively renovated and converted into a full-service hotel. You will then be greeted at the reception of the freshly renovated branch in the beautiful hotel park. Here, 14 exclusively furnished rooms offer modern comfort with many amenities. You can reach the branch and the parking garage via Rettigstrasse 1, where you will receive a very warm welcome as usual.

Starting January 7, 2025, the Hotel am Sophienpark will undergo extensive renovations and expansion into a full-service hotel.

During this time, guests will be welcomed at the newly renovated Dependence by the hotel park, offering 15 modern, exclusive rooms.

The Dependence and parking garage are accessible via Rettigstraße 1.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Äusserst freundliches Personal. Fast schon familiäre Atmosphäre (in der beeindruckend renovierten Dependance.). Ausgezeichneter Zimmerservice. Sehr schönes, farblich reizvoll und praktisch gestaltetes Zimmer mit viel Komfort (u.a. Kaffeemaschine). Gutes Frühstück. Zentrale Lage. Diese letzte Station auf unserer mehrtätigen Nordschwarzwald-Fernwanderung hat uns rundum begeistert.

Cons:

Minibar-Preise wie üblich zu hoch. Schwergängige Zimmertür, die Tarzankräfte erfordert.

Top Lage, Top Zimmer, Top Service - sehr gern wieder
Pros:

Super Lage, alles ganz neu, wenngleich auch "nur" in der Dependance.

Cons:

Vor dem Fenster hatten wir die Schranke für das Parkhaus, welche beim Schliessen sehr laut war.

Amazing. The staff made us feel welcomed and valued.

This hotel had excellent technology, very contemporary facilities, very clean and an excellent location to shopping and Black Forest trails.

Zimmer , Frühstück und besonders das Personal waren top!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Besonders das Marshall Radio war das Highlight.

super Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sensationell schön und toll ausgestattet, die Lage (vieles ist dadurch zu Fuß erreichbar) ist topp auch wenngleich unser Zimmer ein wenig von dem piependen Verkehrspoller ein wenig gestört wurde. Tolle Ausstattung, super schöne Zimmer mit einer tollen Dusche und allem was man brauchen. Eine gute Minbar, und auch sonst war alles da was man braucht, von duschgel und shampoo bis fön oder vielleicht sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein, auch hier wurde an vieles gedacht, es gab für fast jeden was, auch wenn es in einer kleinen Ausführung war. Und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und super Serviceorientiert! Großartig!

Cons:

es gibt fast nichts zu kritisieren, bis auf das laute piepen des Verkehrspollers in unmittelbarer nähe.
