This is a quiet boutique hotel and longer stay building hidden in Asoke down a street. It's well run, the staff are excellent, especially the night desk, and they are helpful.
The hotel is good for families and people who want just a place to stay. It's near the red light district but the hotel has strict policies about it, outside guests have to sign in, and they are clear it's not a party hotel.
I really enjoy staying here. It's my go to in Bangkok, and they always recall me when I come back for work or transit.
Generally excellent, thank you for the complementary upgrade on my last visit - I have stayed in both standard and enhanced rooms and both were excellent.
Nothing, it's great, but given the location being close to Asoke and thus the red light area, I will clarify that if you are seeking a fun party hotel because you are close to Soi Cowboy, this wouldn't be the place for you. .
In this hotel I have seen mostly families with young family staying, and so you should look further north of this location if you want a no questions asked hotel.

Good location, staff available around the clock, very comfortable beds and linens.
Only given one room key per room, told had to pay for a 2nd key.
Communal areas are looking quite tired and could do with a refresh.

It was a great experience, but if you are looking for a fun hotel for soi cowboy, go somewhere else.
less than a kilometer from BTS, so transportation was pretty easy. it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s clean and not sketchy. The bar and club areas are within 15 minutes so you can go have fun and then quickly be back home. Nice quality room good shower, good staff.
