It was a good price and in a convenient location just perfect for what we needed , it was a overnight stay following the theatre.
Also it has weatherspoons just across the road for a nice inexpensive breakfast.

An ok place to stay, but with some issues
Pros:

Positives:
- comfortable bed
- was a nice bonus to have a kettle in the room with lots of tea and coffee
- not far from Kilburn tube station and opposite a co-op for food and drink
- the guy working when I was there was friendly and tried his best to help

Cons:

- my room was right in the ceiling with a hugely sloping roof meaning I couldn’t stand up in most of the room. The bathroom had a bath with a shower attachment, but it was impossible to stand up and use it, meaning I had to shower literally lying down in the bath tub, which was far from ideal!
- no towels or soap were in the room when I arrived and I had to request them
- the reception was unstaffed and I had to wait several minutes when arriving and during the stay to get attention

Basic but perfectly adequate for a one-night stay.
Pros:

The property is clean and the rooms adequate for a one night stay. After reading some of the comments on the message board, I think some patrons tend to have unrealistic expectations, e.g. the property is in London, so it is unrealistic to expect that there won’t be some traffic noise.

Cons:

When I booked the room(s) I specified in the search criteria that I wanted a property that could provide breakfast included; however, this wasn’t the case and this property (I will not call it a hotel, because it isn’t) doesn’t provide breakfast.

Charge a fee if your late

If you like heat this is the place for you -also loads of hot water

Cons:

Paid a fee of £15 for checking in after 11 pm due to train running late - they say they may charge a fee but they actually do charge a fee -also most of the tv stations scrambled -some road noise and carpets on the floor, so bring your slippers

Nous étions 3, et avons eu pendant 2 jours que 2 serviettes.
Les draps sont jaunes
Le ménage de la chambre n’est pas fait pendant le séjour.
La nuit nous entendions les autres dans les autres chambres.

Really thin walls and neighbours making noise on all three nights I stayed until I banged on the wall.
