Bad service in the restaurant
Pros:

The room service Mara and hotel staff was great

Cons:

The restaurant staff was rude and not helpful. One guy in the restaurant brought the wrong food and kept telling lies that he didn’t have the red chilaquiles. I told him I don’t want green chilaquiles. He said I can’t take them back. I said I was not eating them and I wanted to speak to a manager. He was rude and lazy. Since the beginning he said we don’t have green juice or orchata. I only have fruit. Another waitress was rude on a different day too.

excelente y comoda
Pros:

esta muy bien ubicado el hotel esta muy limpio y el restaurante esta rico el bufette los domingos, todo el personal muy amable, las camas estan comodas y lo que esta muy bien es que hay frigobar en las habitaciones.

Cons:

Que el wifi no tiene muy buiena señal, podrian poner un repetidor para que alcance bien la señal a todas las habitaciones.

excelente atención

La cortesia y disposición del personal

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, salvo el restaurante, lo vimos un poco descuidado en la atención y los precios un poco elevados relación a la última vez que nos hospedamos, pero en lo general el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, buenos precios y descuentos, así como la atención oportuna del personal

Pros:

Todo bien solo no me gusta q los controles de tv haya que solicitarlos y regresarlos al terminar la estancia,,las camas siento que deberían tener algún cobertor para las noches de frío pues fuimos en temporada de lluvia #sobre el WIFI hay q estar llamando a recepción para solicitar asistencia de clave ,xq tampoco lo mencionaron sobre clave y demas ala hora del check ,el personal es amable 😊
