Habitacao e localizacao otimos. Estacionamento adequado, sem problemas. Se nao fosse o cafe da mnanha seria otimo!
O Cafe da manha foi pessimo. Pelo fato de ser continental deveria haver um processo de selecionar os ingredientes e produtos que o clinente deseja. Apesar de eu falar espanhol fluentemente a atendente trouxe tudo errado em quantidades e qualidades erradas. Pedi uma tortillha e trouxeram omelete. Os frios eram uma fatia de cada. E quando reclamei na hora de sair a atendente me disse que deveria ter falado com ela. Uma falta de empatia total. Neste hotel com certeza nao voltarei!!!!
