alojamiento perfecto para visitar Valladolid
Pros:

muy buena ubicacion a medio camino entre la estacion del ave y el centro (no mas de 10 minutos andando), habitaciones amplias y silenciosas, y amplia cama de matrimonio. Muy limpio todo, edificio señorial pero recientemente reformado, me gusto.

Good place to spend a night or two
Pros:

Fun to use the car elevator to park! The hotel lobby was moody with dark colors. The staff was very kind and the rooms were large and comfortable.

Habitacao e localizacao otimos. Estacionamento adequado, sem problemas. Se nao fosse o cafe da mnanha seria otimo!

Cons:

O Cafe da manha foi pessimo. Pelo fato de ser continental deveria haver um processo de selecionar os ingredientes e produtos que o clinente deseja. Apesar de eu falar espanhol fluentemente a atendente trouxe tudo errado em quantidades e qualidades erradas. Pedi uma tortillha e trouxeram omelete. Os frios eram uma fatia de cada. E quando reclamei na hora de sair a atendente me disse que deveria ter falado com ela. Uma falta de empatia total. Neste hotel com certeza nao voltarei!!!!
