Location was amazing , to all natural sightseeing 5 mins drive . Beautiful mountains and lush . Even at rainy season so cozy , amazing privet natural pool , u can kayak and swim at . They have cute 5 ducks , what living their best life in that resort , I made tons of videos of them , so cute 🥰 also pets allowed is the best option for travelers . Seems like this hotel owner truly big animal lover 🙏 so big respect for this ! Ooh and the beds are so comfortable !!

Nice place to relax, with worst customer experience, expect to be left out on your own when something goes sideways.
Pros:

Good location, nice activities and good food.

Cons:

Terrible customer service experience. The faulty door lock enabled wild monkey to enter and roam through our room. The staff left the doors open during our absence with our belongings inside. Hotel didn’t propose any kind of compensation (we had to contact booking), and did not even clean the room properly.

Vom ersten Moment Erholung!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Blu Monkey. Es ist ein besonderer Ort, der direkt zur Entspannung einlädt. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die hier entscheiden, wie z.B. die wunderschöne Vegetation, die Musik… Es war nicht alles perfekt, aber perfekt für uns!

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer hatte nicht 2 verbundene Schlafzimmer, wie erwartet. Für Familien mit älteren Kindern ist es sicher kein Problem. Es wurde aber alles möglich gemacht, dass unsere Kinder in einem Klappbett bei uns übernachten können. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir uns für ein kleines Apartment entschieden und so auch Geld sparen können. Ein Schlafzimmer blieb unbenutzt. Die Beschreibung könnte genauer sein.
