Staff attention was nice, although they didn't reply to my question via WhatsApp about being able to arrive a bit early, they had no problem with letting me into my room one hour before check-in was open.
There was no soap. Had to use body wash from the shower to wash my hands. You sort of just expect to there being soap at a hotel room.
Todo estuvo excelente y lo que mas me agrado, fue la atención tan buena de todo el personal, estan muy al pendiente de todos los detalles y te resuelven con muy buena actitud. Sin duda regresaría nuevamente y lo recomiendo ampliamente.
