La amabilidad del personal y la atención fue muy buena a pesar de las habitaciones, el orden y la limpieza.
Que la habitación no estaba lista cuando llegue, me entregaron las llaves y cuando me dirigí a la habitación estaba sin limpiar y desordenada, me toco esperar unas horas y hasta que volví a preguntar fueron a organizaron la habitación, ya cuando me entregaron la habitación, las sabanas y todo lo de la cama tenia un olor desagradable, como sino las hubieran lavado o simplemente pusieron exactamente las mismas que ya estaban (sucias) cuando llegue.

La habitación muy básica, tenía solo una mesa de luz sin velador, muy difícil a la noche si uno quiere prender una luz, y las instalaciones muy mal mantenidas, zócalos rotos, camas muy duras al igual que las almohadas. Podría mejorar!
Es cómodo y la ubicación es muy buena para cenar y caminar alrededor, desayuno bueno, y el personal es amable.
Hubo mucho ruido durante la noche, se escuchaban personas conversando durante toda la noche en los pasillos, en mi caso fui por trabajo y no fue fácil descansar.

El desayuno es bueno, solo puedo sugerir un pan dulce adicional; la seguridad es buena, hay cercanía a centros comerciales y a transportes.
