Very convenient to the airport
Staff were great. Proximity to airport perfect and shuttle service was excellent. Complimentary chocolate, wine and chips were nice. Restaurant was great

Kitchen didn’t open until 7:00am on weekend so we missed our pre-paid breakfast as we had an early flight. Reception staff not willing to refund the cost of breakfast or organise a take-away breakfast.

Large TV
When I arrived I explained that I had arthritis in my back and could not carry my bags upstairs. The lady was quite abrupt and charged me extra to have a down stairs room as they couldn't help me with my bags.
I went to the restaurant and ordered sweet and sour pork which I couldn't eat because it was very salty. I then ordered the butterscotch pudding and ice-cream as I was very hungry. It was a cheap packet mix from Coles. The table next to me complained of tough steak and burnt cheeseburger with no cheese. The man asked for a refund and was told no. I did not go for breakfast after the disaster with dinner.

The queen size bed is really comfortable and easy to fall asleep on.
