Comfortable, roomy and a good location
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and roomy for our family of three adults. We enjoyed the coffee area and also used the shared kitchen and laundry room. The location was close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The laundry room was always in use, and it closed at 9 pm. We were able to get all of our laundry done, but I felt bad for a lady who arrived a minute after I did and she had to wait until the morning to do her laundry as I had the last available machine.

Very happy stay with spacious room and lounge
Pros:

Clean & quiet room with natural sunlight; the suite is very spacious and comfortable for three adults; we enjoyed using the coffee/lounge area and the laundry; the staffs are always so helpful and made our stay / Check-in/out effortless!!

Cons:

The bathroom fan could use some improvements

I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great. We had several day trips booked and we could easily walk to pickup points. There were lots of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. The room we had was comfortable and good sized with a couch . The mini fridge had bottled water and milk for tea and coffee . Also extra towels were available in a common closet .

Cons:

The coffee machine was difficult to use and it only seemed to produce expresso.

Lovely hotel in the perfect
Pros:

Just a lovely hotel - room was comfortable and clean and we especially enjoyed the bottle on complementary wine. Centrally located made it the perfect place for the first time visitor.

Cons:

Only complete was that we had two single beds rather than a double bed

Cons:

- A pesar de su céntrica localización, es súper tranquilo, no se escucha ningún ruido

Cons:

El aire acondicionado a toda potencia todo el tiempo, hace muchísimo frío en el hotel; aunque apagamos el de nuestra habitación, seguía entrando aire frío a través de la puerta, de los aires acondicionados del pasillo

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Pros:

I cannot praise this boutique hotel high enough. From staff to cleanliness and facilities. Spotlessly clean, the cleaners a credit to the hotel. They have a guest lounge where free Nespresso is self served with complimentary biscuits and free bottled water. Lounges to enjoy to fill in time.
The bedding was lovely, great pillows, fresh clean blanket supplied, lots of hot water, big walk in shower, comfy bed, large room.
Laundry facilities on site. The hotel has a lovely feel all around. Impeccably clean public areas.
The hotel is in a top location, a couple of doors from Woolies, lots of restaurants, cafes around.
No pool but you have the Lagoon only a few minutes walk away.
I loved my stay here and will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit in Cairns.
