Pros:

Very exceptional hotel. There are lots of extra amenities you don't see at other places. Staff is amazing and friendly. The location was great.

Pros:

It’s a Boutique Hotel and does not have a gym or spa but more than made up for it in other areas including use of a free common kitchen and lounge/coffee area. You can BYOD and have it with friends in the common area.

Cons:

Nothing. It would have been an icing on the cake if it had a fitness center but it’s a boutique hotel. The surrounding area is wonderful for a jog/run and there are free public use gyms on the Esplanade just 10 min walk away.

Terrific central little boutique hotel
Pros:

We were here for just one night but this was a great little boutique hotel. Very central just one block back from the Cairns Esplanade and really close to heaps of eating places and a supermarket. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and able to provide us with a slightly later check out as well as stay in their lounge until we were picked up for our tour. Loved having tea, coffee and water facilities available in the lounge area. The rooms were comfortable with pleasant decor and a nice comfy bed which is a high priority for us. We're coming back after our tour.

Cons:

Nothing really worth commenting on. We do a lot of travelling for pleasure and this was great.

Very close to the lagoon and the train station. Great coffee station and unlimited filtered water.

Soggiorno piacevole sotto tutto i punti di vista!

Posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere ogni posto come il porto per fare gite in barca, il lungomare e la piscina presso la Laguna, ed anche ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni come l’acquario e il museo egizio.
La stanza molto pulita con un piccolo frigo provvisto di acqua e un bollitore per farsi il tè o un caffè solubile.
Inoltre ho trovato molto utile la sala comune con macchina da per bevande calde, acqua e dei biscotti, sempre aperta, che abbiamo usato per fare colazione tutti i giorni. Devo dire che il cappuccio è anche molto buono!
L’atmosfera molto rilassante nei corridoi e salette comuni con diffusori aromatici delicati, musica in sottofondo e quadri in vetro molto belli.
Infine lo staff è sempre presente e gentile nel l’offrire informazione e assistenza!
Devo dire che in 10 anni di Australia e’ la prima volta che un hotel che mi ricorda il gusto e lo stile italiano ! Grazie

Cons:

Nulla da dire ma se proprio devo dare un suggerimento, di considerare un sistema di aspirazione dell’umidità nel bagno. Sopratutto dopo una doccia il vapore persiste a lungo.
