Great stay at hotel medina
Pros:

Väldigt fint hotel, JÄTTE trevlig personal. Allt med hotellet är bra om ni ska till tunisien rekommenderar jag starkt hotel medina.

Cons:

Vi åt frukost 1 dag och det fanns inte jättemycket utbud men de kan vara då vi kom dit ganska sent annars bra mängd frukost.

Buona posizione, da migliorare la manutenzione e l'accoglienza
Pros:

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, dentro la medina ma in zona tranquilla e con possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina facilmente a breve distanza, poco fuori le mura. Le camere sono essenziali ma carine.

Cons:

Purtroppo nella nostra stanza lo scarico del lavandino del bagno era intasato e non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Quando abbiamo fatto presente questo secondo problema ci hanno detto che non potevano risolverlo, né cambiarci stanza. Facendo molto caldo (era agosto) ci saremmo aspettati uno sconto sul prezzo della camera, che invece non ci è stato nemmeno offerto. Quando la sera abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere vuoto (per prendere un farmaco solubile) ci è stato detto che non era possibile. In generale, paragonata alle numerose altre strutture dove siamo stati in Tunisia, questa ci è sembrata meno accogliente e ospitale.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y estaba súper limpia. Además tenía una terraza pequeña, que viene genial para descansar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo.
El personal muy amable, cambiamos las fechas de la estadía y no hubo ningún problema. La chica que está en la recepción fue muy amable para aconsejarnos de cómo volver a túnez, le estaremos siempre agradecidos por su ayuda.
El desayuno simple, pero suficiente.

Great Location, But Very Basic Amenities
Pros:

Great location and very clean throughout. The breakfast was fine, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful; special shoutout to Murad on the night shift! It’s a very basic hotel, but it ticks the boxes if you just need a place to sleep

Cons:

The room lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge, tea/coffee kettle, and towel racks. The mattress was quite uncomfortable (you could feel the springs), and no assistance was offered with luggage
