Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Excellent location in the centre of devizes. The downstairs restaurant was handy and worth a visit too.

Cons:

As a "boutique" hotel the bedroom furnishings were a little bland but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless clean

The room No. 3 was 2 star if that. You say you are a 5 * Hotel but many of the rooms are not that.
Pros:

Cooked breakfast was very good but Continental breakfast was very poor. It was just cereal, which is American!, cheap yoghurt and orange juice. A "continental breakfast" consists of lots of fresh fruit, lots of varieties of breads and cakes and pastries and lots of cooked meats and a variety of cheeses. Also some salad vegetables. Then there are the jams and honey. Where was the honey? Very very poor.

Cons:

Room no. 3 which we had was a windowless store cupboard. You say you are a 5* hotel but room no. 3 is not even 2 *. How can you market it as 5 * without a window?
At least we had aircon. Our friend in room 17 had no window and no aircon. This is like paying for a place in a prison.

You should come clean and tell your clients what they are getting and what they are not. It is a complete rip-off to charge these prices and deliver such bad rooms. Next to TripAdvisor...

Pros:

Best hotel in Devizes and I’ve stayed in them all. Lovely rooms. Beautifully clean. Lovely bed linen. Fab staff.
