We had a lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the pool which was a big highlight for the kids after a day touring the wonderful museums. The bedrooms were small but comfy and clean.

Cons:

It’s a shame complimentary water is not given. A small thing but would be appreciated. Breakfast was good but they ran out of chocolate croissants every morning by 9.30.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and pool.
Pros:

Very friendly service at the front desk, always happy to provide ice and will go the extra mile.
Swimming pool was refreshing and was great to swim in after a hard mornings sight seeing.
Rooms clean and maintained to a high standard, AC did the job nicely.
Its a good location for wobbling around Florence and close to the train station.
Its very easy to find the hotel with the car as its strain off a major road.
There is car parking, and it is secure, but its not cheap.

Cons:

Is not the hotel, but coming back at night passed the train station there are large groups of men gathered, it made me feel nervous.

Pros:

Fräscht och fint hotell med extra plus för poolområdet. Utcheckning var kl. 11 men vi fick stanna kvar vid poolen tills vårt tåg skullle gå, toppenbra!
Fin balkong och stor säng och frukosten var sååå god med allt man kunde önska. Plus också för pannkaksmaskinen och möjligheten att färskpressa apelsiner.

Cons:

Spat var lite trist så vi stannade inte där då poolen ute lockade mer. Området kändes lite ruffigt och osäkert på kvällarna.

I didn’t like the way I was welcome in from the front desk gentleman, but I have to say that on the other hand the Lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful…so in the end all good!

Very good value!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as were the facilitates and staff. The location right beyind the main train station was also very good, though in the blazing summer heat it felt longer to get to Duomo etc

Cons:

The AC would not go below 20C and i so my sleep wasn't as good as i'd like because i prefer it a bit cooler

Pros:

As others stated, the hotel is very handy for the train station, but the area is a little run down. We travelled as a group of friends and we were allocated a superior triple room for our stay. Our superior triple was smaller than our friend's twin room and had two twin beds with a futon pushed lengthways along the bottom of the twin beds. There was limited hanging space for 3 people. Our balcony was narrow and looked out on to the busy tram stop, with only 1 chair provided. We were looking forward to coming back to the hotel after a busy day and catching up with each other over an evening drink before bed, however, on arrival, we were told the bar closed at 9pm. I have to agree with others that the check in process could have been more welcoming, however, other reception staff were really helpful with booking taxis for us and the lady at breakfast was also very friendly. Breakfast selection wasn't huge but always managed to find something we were happy with. We were given 1 room key between 3 of us - we could most probably have asked for extras but perhaps something for check in staff to consider when checking groups in. Overall, didn't feel like a 4 star hotel unfortunately

Gute Lage, moderne Ausstattung, top Service
Pros:

Zimmer, Bad und Klimatiseirung top. Auch der Pool war gepflegt, sauber und in top zustand. Der Service am pool war zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Frühstück könnte man etwas früher starten anstatt um 7:30 Uhr
