Agréable séjour grâce à l'emplacement de l'hôtel et son personnel aimable et souriant.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné est correcte. le personnel au petit déjeuné son adorable et très serviable. La chambre a une belle vue sur la piscine et de la verdure. L'emplacement est superbe on a tout fait à pieds et depuis l'aéroport on a pris le tramway qui nous a déposé au pied de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Malheureusement on a très mal dormi , on a demandé un grand lit pour moi et mon mari. mais on a eu deux lit jumeau collé l'un à l'autre . ça pourrai aller mais la qualité du matelas n'était pas bien. et les oreillers étaient très bas.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is everything! About 15 mins walk to the duomo and historical sites the bonus is that the tram is right in front the hotel easy access to anywhere the train station is just a 5 minute walk! So perfect even f you have luggage

Overall good however this was an expensive hotel to be stay in.
Pros:

Overall breakfast was good however the use of liquid pasteurised egg for making omelettes made this taste horrible.

Cons:

There were mosquitoes around the swimming pool and in our bedroom.
This caused stress as we were both bitten several times.
Stagnant water in a neighbours garden was the issue.
I pointed this out to reception and they said they would tell management which didn’t help us.

Correct par sa position et la gentillesse du personnel, mais pas le standing d'un 4 étoiles.

En premier lieu, je ne sais pas pourquoi cet hôtel est noté comme 4 étoiles ? Pas de restaurant, un personnel qui ne sait même pas faire un œuf sur le plat ( trop cuit, présenté en vrac), et le café du matin toujours froid. Pas de bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres, le bar soit disant ouvert l'a/M de 15 à 19H... je cherche encore le barman. Le pompon, pas de peignoir ni scandales dans les chambres . il fallait les payer. les coussins extérieurs sont moyens en termes de propreté. Enfin, je ne crois pas que les photos sur le site de booking correspondent vraiment à cet hôtel. Je cherche encore l'emplacement de la terrasse qui donne sur le Duomo.. Très déçu.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Location was fabulous . 10 min walk to where the bus tours left from and 10 min in other direction to markets , train , shops , churches. Staff were always very helpful and great breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
