Séjour agréable relativement proche du centre
Pros:

Piscine très agréable

Cons:

Pas d'indication que l'hôtel se trouve sur une rue qui semble de prime abord exclusivement réservée pour le tram. Les informations fournies par l'hôtel pour accéder au parking devrait le mentionner.

Great break to Florence, this hotel is the perfect place to stay!
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were brilliant - sent details on how to get there and tram stop so made it very easy.
The bed was so comfortable, had a great sleep.Pool was a great addition and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

No negatives, planning a trip back to Florence and will stay here again!

L'accueil, la proximité des transports et du centre historique la piscine, le petit déjeuner, le confort de la chambre.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur l'entretien de la chambre. Retrouvé au sol un sac poubelle de 120 litres (vide) sans utilisation en chambre, amas de poussière apparente sous le lit (niveau tête de lit), pas de rouleau papier toilette d'avance, ceci sur 2 jours. Revoir l'entartrage niveau de la porte de douche (bas de porte). Dommage une impression désagréable.

If wasnt for the location i'd go back
Pros:

Property is good, pool excelent, terrible location

Cons:

The location is very bad, no taxis allowed to go to the hotel or to go from the hotel to anywhere, it has to stop in the corner, in a desert road . Its in front a tram station so no cars ate allowed around.
Dark and weird location to walk in the evening.

A very enjoyable and relaxing week away .
Pros:

The hotel was a five minute walk from the train station and had a tram stop right outside. The rooms were clean and tidy with a mini bar , air conditioning. The bathroom had a dual shower and a hair dryer. Clean towels and linen daily. There was also a kettle and cups with tea/coffee sachets.
The outside pool was lovely and clean with sun loungers around and clean towels to use. The breakfast was amazing. I was offered gluten free products for breakfast and there is alternative milks. The staff were so friendly.

I would stay at MH Florence Hotel and Spa anytime!!!
Pros:

The property was very take care of and we loved all the facilities!!

The most important thing is that all the staff were exceptionally polite and genuinely nice people. From the reception team to the amazing breakfast girls!! We wanna thank everybody for making our stay so beautiful!!

We had a great stay. The hotel is well located for exploring Florence and the pool was great to come back to at the end

We liked the swimming pool, modern interiors, good choice of breakfast, comfy beds, large balcony

Cons:

The bar is only open between 3 and 7 serving snacks and we would like to have had the option of food and drink after that. We were also under the impression there was a roof top bar but in fact it is just some seats. Whilst the hotel is near to the station, it isn’t in a glamorous part of town and felt slightly shady at nighttime.

Pros:

Hotel moderno y con buenas instalaciones. Puedes reservar una hora de spa al día (sauna y yacussi) sin pago extra y tienes incluidas las toallas. La piscina es agradable y también incluye toallas.

Las personas que atienden el desayuno son muy amables y nosotras necesitábamos sin gluten y sin lactosa y nos dieron bastantes opciones para comer y con mucha amabilidad.
El buffet del desayuno es completo y diverso: diversos panes, embutidos, lácteos, fruta variada, mermelada, nutella, zumo natural y también café bueno (no de màquina automática), cereales, huevos y bacon...

Pedimos informacióna recepción antes de llegar por email, y durante el viaje por teléfono en persona y fueron muy amables y pacientes.

Las habitaciones mejor las que dan a la piscina. A nosotros nos tocó una que daba a la calle y no era tan agradable pero correcta igualmente y sin ruido.

Camas cómodas y habitaciones bastante espaciosas.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera ventilación. Aunque no había ningun olor ni humedad.

Alargaría el horario de piscina hasta las 20h.

Es complicado acceder al hotel en coche si no conoces la zona y no quieres meterte en la ZTL. Es importante seguir las indicaciones del hotel. Para acceder hay que entrar por unos metros de via de tranvia y si no lo sabes puedes confundirte.

El hotel está al lado de la estación de tren. Por la noche es una zona concurrida pero parece un poco insegura. Hay que andarse con cuidado pues algunas personas consumen alcohol y tienen actitudes poco agradables.

Pero durante el día sin problema

Pensaba que el centro (Duomo) estaba más cerca. Hay unos 15-20min caminando.
