Aside from mold and extra costs there still isnt anything to brag about

Nothing really stood out. Basic hotel

Cons:

Went through 3 rooms and all the bathrooms had mold. Eventually licked one with least amount and stayed in it. Staff seemed annoyed i even brought it to their attention. Additionally everything is an extra cost at this location, if it weren’t for driving all day and there was another available hotel i would have booked elsewhere.

Pros:

Loved the friendly staff and how clean the room was when we entered. I loved the setup of the shower. The location was great.

I would consider this location again if I planned to visit the area.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. I valued having Starbucks coffee close by in the lobby. Not sure of the bar hours but they seemed short. We thought fireworks would be at the pier which is why we chose the property. Of course we learned at check in that they were happening more in town. We navigated over there and traffic was abysmal. Police did not keep traffic flows going crisply ( my wife is former cop). We are not public pool people but it seemed like tourists and kiddies enjoyed it. Have to add that the shower design was very practical!

Cons:

Bathroom sink faucet was set weirdly, it kept hitting the mirror when we turned water on.

Great hotel, nice location, just check parking & other fees.

It was clean, friendly staff & great pool.

Cons:

I didn't know about paying for parking & other fees that were added. My stay was $30 more than I anticipated based on cost of the room, taxes & fees given to me by Booking.com. That's the only negative thing. I will check the cost more thoroughly next time. I have stayed here at least 4 times & will again. This is the first time I was taken by surprise.

Bad housekeeping and poor management
Pros:

We have stayed at this location previously with no issues. This time we were assigned a room where broken glass was present in front of the room door and inside the room. We asked for someone to remove the glass and waited for fifteen minutes. No one showed so we went back to the front desk to get a new room.

They moved us to a clean room and said they would remove the parking charges. When we checked out the next day, the charges were not removed, but said they would review our request for removal of parking with a manager. We did not request the removal of the charges, they offered that to us. Our final folio just came and the parking was not removed. Also, our travel partners who did not have a car were charged parking, even after asking to remove their parking charge. VERY POOR management. Let the buyer beware.
