Pros:

Een zeer rustig gelegen, comfortabel hotel in een mooi streek. De kamer was ruim en zeer rustig. Het ontbijt was aangenaam, en we hebben een aantal keer gedineerd in het hotel zelf, en ook dat was voortreffelijk.

Voor zweverige types maar is verder prima
Pros:

Net hotel in dit dorp. Ook het enige hotel. Schoon, ruime kamer en goed ontbijt. Restaurant is alleen voor gasten en had behoorlijke keuze. Er is een sauna maar die hebben we niet gebruikt.

Cons:

Hotel is voor zweverige types, maar daar heb je geen last van.

Redelijk maar prijzig hotel.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk bedienend personeel. Ruime kamer en lekker eten in het restaurant.

Cons:

De hotelbaas ging de verwarming op onze kamer ontluchten toen we aan het ontbijt zaten. Dat ging helemaal mis en een deel van onze spullen werd natgespoten. Maar ik vond het vooral vervelend dat hij op onze kamer kwam zonder dat wij dit wisten. Als hij even een half uurtje gewacht had, dan waren wij al vertrokken en had het niet als inbreuk op onze privacy gevoeld.

A great and family-friendly place to hike, rest, and enjoy good and healthy cuisine.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Vulkanhotel and wished we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the food and the beautiful sauna / wellness area. The owners are very friendly and take good care of their guests.

Cons:

Nothing – we really enjoyed the place.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt fuer Wandern und Wellness..
Pros:

Das wellness, die super freundlichen Besitzer, das ausgebreitete Fruehstueck, die Wandertips.

Cons:

Wir könnten beide Nächte nicht gut schlafen, da die Kissen viel zu weich waren. Uns hat es auch gestoert dass es 2 getrrennte betten waren, die staendig auseinander gerutscht sind.

Pros:

The hotel is well kept, nicely decorated in an old-and-modern blend. The staff were all very friendly, facilities were clean, there's enough options for breakfast, and we had a very lovely dinner.
I really like how they really try to minimise waste of material and resources throughout the whole infrastructure. It feels like being environmentally friendly isn't just an empty label here, but something they actually live.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und liess keine Wünsche offen. Nur schade, dass die Preise über Booking com viel teurer sind und das das Frühstück nicht inkludiert war im Preis.

Wanderung mit Hund bei Gerolstein
Pros:

Auf Wandertour mit Hund eine Nacht in Steffeln verbracht. Schöne und moderne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Hund kein Problem, durfte überall mit begleiten.
