It is a very long time since this property was a 3*. Poorly maintained and very run down. Terrible bathroom, missing glass from windows, only tepid hot water, bathroom door that wouldn’t fully open and virtually non existent wifi. Dangerous metal spikes to the inside of the wardrobe door handles. The breakfast was limited, cheap quality and stone cold. Far too many steps, 108 to our room. Possibly my worst hotel ever!

Η καθαριότητα ηταν Παντου βρώμικα το Μπανιο οι καθρέφτες το δωμάτιο βρωμουσε, φουσκωμένοι τοιχοι ραγισμένα πλακάκια στο μπανιο η μπαλκονόπορτα χαλασμένη δεν εκλεινε Το νερό σκουριασμένο δεν ειχε ουτε ζεστο νερο ,Χαλασμένη τηλεόραση σκέτη απογοήτευση Ουτε κωδικό ίντερνετ Δεν αξιζαν τα 70€ ΓΙΑ ΜΙΑ ΒΡΑΔΙΑ για ολη αυτη την ταλαιπωρία

They are definitely not as described. We booked a better rated room for comfort. The room allocated was appalling. Light fitting loose, shower rules broken and filled in with plaster. The toilet brush, bin and shower rail full of rust. Outside table and chairs so dirty we had to use cleaning material purchased ourselves to allow us to sit dawn. Breakfast was a buffet around pool but food not all food covered allowing wasps and flies to hover and land. I could go on and on. We insisted on changing rooms which they obliged and there was a slight improvement. There were telephones in the rooms that none worked and was advised if we wanted reception to either use our mobile or direct by walking down several flights of stairs! We couldn’t move hotels as the island was full despite trying to find alternative for almost one day of holiday unfortunately I personally would not recommend the hotel purely from our experience.

I’ve never encountered anything similar to this anywhere, this was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. It’s an abandoned hotel and the rooms are full of rust and mold, incredibly dirty, the bathroom is horrible, the furniture is from the 1970s and the TV,telephone and WiFi not working. We paid 170 euros per night for a hotel room that was worth 50 euros. When we booked the hotel’s rating was 8+ and within a span of 2 months it dropped to 5.1. The manager was rude, had an attitude and was trying to gaslight us to avoid a refund. And the cherry on top was that housekeeping left their set of keys on the door of our room with the room wide open and all our personal items-including work laptops, IPads, cash and passports inside! Stay away from this hotel!

Manutenzione

Οι φωτογραφίες δεν είναι καθόλου αντιπροσωπευτικές , το κατάλυμα είναι παρατημένο , και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους και στο δωμάτιο, η καθαριότητα κακή . Δυστυχώς έχω φωτογραφία μόνο από την εξώπορτα αλλά στην ίδια λογική ήταν όλο το δωμάτιο

La struttura risulta piuttosto datata e avrebbe bisogno di un riammodernamento generale. Le camere mostrano segni di usura, sia negli infissi che nello stile e nell’arredamento. Anche il bagno necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione completa. Inoltre, migliorerei la qualità e l’accuratezza della pulizia giornaliera delle stanze.

Poco attenti alle richieste che abbiamo fatto, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare diverse volte in diverse occasioni. Ma poi è stato rimediato tutto con super gentilezza.
