It's very clean and tidy, rooms are big enough to have space for luggage, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is good. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Astana.

We definitely recommend this place! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the city. The hotel is in the old part of the city, but close to the river and the new part. Plenty of restaurants, cafés nearby, and also a supermarket open until late in the night. The room was comfortable, clean and large.

Pros:

Brown hotel is a clean hotel in a quit part of the "old' part of Astana. the beds are comfy and i loved the shower. We had a little misunderstanding the first day with our rooms, but solved quickly by the hotel staff with an apology and even freshly baked Baursak.
