Everything is perfect, especially after the rooms were renovated. Have been staying more than 4 times.
The only problem was with the AC on our latest stay, it was very hot in the room. Technicians came 2 times, said it was working well, but it was still hot. This should be fixed, especially when it's hot outside.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday, but unfortunately the experience was ruined. At the spa pool, I was denied the possibility to change my child in the women’s changing room. According to the hotel’s rules, children under 4 years old may enter with their mothers, but from the age of 5 they must either remain wet in the corridor or go alone into the men’s changing room.
On that day, the temperature in Almaty was 40 degrees and the pool area was extremely crowded. Leaving my son alone in the corridor was unsafe and sending an 8-year-old boy alone into a men’s changing room full of adult men is unacceptable. When I asked staff about responsibility for my child’s safety, they replied that they take no responsibility. My emotional complaint at the reception was simply ignored.
For a hotel that positions itself as 5-star, the lack of basic human care and solutions for family guests is unacceptable. It would be very easy to solve this problem by creating separate children’s changing rooms. Alternatively, there should be a nanny or staff member to assist children or at least a separate family room for such cases. Otherwise, this policy is clear discrimination against mothers with sons. It is very disappointing that our celebration was overshadowed by such treatment.

В спа-бассейне мне отказали в возможности переодеть ребёнка в женской раздевалке. По правилам, дети до 4 лет могут зайти с мамой, а начиная с 5 лет — либо остаются мокрыми в коридоре, либо идут в мужскую раздевалку.
В тот день в Алматы была жара 40 градусов, внутри бассейна было очень много людей. Оставить ребёнка одного в коридоре небезопасно, а отправить восьмилетнего мальчика одного в мужскую раздевалку, где полно взрослых мужчин, я не считаю приемлемым. На вопрос о безопасности моего ребёнка сотрудники ответили, что ответственности не несут.
This hotel is a surprise!
Looks old from the outside but the rooms , gym, breakfast are all modern and have been renovated.
I had great food in the lobby bar and the breakfast was excellent.
I had a massage at the Spa which was very good and a good price. The gym and pool , sauna , steam were very clean- good equipment at the gym.
The rooms are new and very comfortable, good beds, desk , fridge.
The staff were all very nice , friendly , helpful and professional with an excellent command of English language.
I can't reccomend the hotel enough.

Бассейн и спа не работали, завтрак был в маленьком зале, некуда было присесть. Номер был уставший. Полы не убирали.
