Good but room right in the kitchen
Pros:

Good location and had parking available

Cons:

Our room for without knowledge was right next to the kitchen and just a few meters next to the street and right up front an eating space so you could hear everybody, the kitchen and the restaraunt were loud and it felt weird to be slepping with people right outside, at least for the price of a full room

Excelente estadía! Camas muy cómodas, el personal super atento y muy bonitas instalaciones.

Cons:

Podria ser el baño, tiene extractor, pero no ventilación, se sufre algo de calor

Pros:

La ubicación y su accesibilidad a las principales actividades de la ciudad. El ambiente y atención del personal del hotel muy buena. Despertar con la vista al volcán al salir de tu habitación.

Cons:

Que el baño tuviera el lavado afuera, era un poco incómodo.

I would 10/10 recommend this to family or friends. We will stay there again if we return to Guate!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and kind. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the facilities, and breakfast in the restaurant was one of our favorite meals during our stay in Guatemala.

Cons:

We truly were impressed with our place, and we would definitely stay there again, but the bottom floor walls did let in quite a bit of noise. Our second night, we were in an upstairs room, which was remarkably quieter.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, near the Central Park and the markets. The room was quiet and was well-maintained. The hotel restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind to the kids.

Cons:

The room was warm. It had a nice fan but the windows were not barred so it felt uncomfortable to leave the windows open in order to cool the room. The bed was a little small for two people (however, it was not advertised to be large, so that's on me.

Pros:

Location couldn’t be better, in central Antigua. Everywhere walkable.
Delicious Guate breakfasts. [Not a buffet]. Delicious coffee.
Lovely staff.
Delightful shaded garden.
V.quiet, not overlooking street.
V.good fan, didn’t need a/c. Water dispenser for charcoal filtered water.
Our room had a kitchen with stove, oven, full-size fridge freezer.
Fresh ground coffee provided for coffee machine in kitchen.

Vastaanoton naiset eivät olleet lainkaan palvelualttiita. He vastasivat kaikkeen mm pyyntöön voisivatko vaihtaa vuodevaatteet, että joutuvat kysymään onko sen mahdollista. Hotellissa? Ilman taivuttelua emme myöskään olisi saaneet ketään auttamaan matkalaukkujen kanssa. Otimme hieronnan ja olisimme halunneet varata saman henkilön uudestaan, joka oli sanonut, että hänelle sopisi, varasivat toisen. Muu henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
