Pros:

La signora all' accoglienza, gentile e socievole. Ha immediatamente soddisfatto una mia richiesta all'arrivo. Appartamento un pochino datato ma pulito. Fornito del necessario.
Posizione molto comoda per chi arriva direzione Piacenza e vicino tangenziale.
Comodissimo per gli spostamenti. Garage nella struttura.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente, in zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro.

Struttura non nuovissima, doccia veramente troppo piccola!

Cons:

Pulizia e condizioni della camera davvero scarse, ci siamo affidati a loro per un corso di formazione a Fiere di Parma.
Lavandini crepati, luci non funzionanti, bagni sporchi con l'acqua del WC che si tirava a malapena.
Lo staff molto gentile ma le condizioni dello stabile pessime, di sicuro non torneremo.
