Pros:

- flessibilità sull'orario del check in
- cortesia e disponibilità dello staff
- va bene per una notte di passaggio senza pretese
- stare sul balcone è come fare un giro del mondo tra odori di cucine altrui e spezie

Cons:

- struttura molto datata.
- è una pensione dove la maggior parte delle stanze mi sembrano affittate a lungo termine.
- infissi malmessi da cambiare che fanno entrare tutti i rumori persistenti della strada che accompagnano la notte.
- c'è un parcheggio interno ma non ci sono posti assegnati e le modalità di parcheggio non sono sempre ordinate
- purtroppo non vedo grossi margini di miglioramento se non.una costosa totale ristrutturazione dell'edificio
- elevato utilizzo di detersivi e altro molto profumato, troppo, probabilmente per coprire altri odori peggiori dati dalle cattive condizioni strutturali in cui versa la struttura

La vicinanza dal centro, dista solo 10 minuti

Cons:

Il materasso del letto era sfondato, le molle si sentivano sotto la fodera quindi inutilizzabile e quando è stato riferito in reception la risposta è stata "ah ok scusa"

Il personale è super accogliente e disponibile. Appartamento molto pulito con l essenziale buona la presenza del phon

Cons:

Purtroppo malgrado sia vicino al centro la zona non è delle migliori. Abbiamo dormito poco a causa di via vai e rumori causati penso da altri ospiti.

Per spendere poco bisogna adattarsi!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione di una fiera, la posizione è adattissima per arrivarci comodamente in taxi in pochi minuti. Anche il centro dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. Il prezzo ci è sembrato adatto al soggiorno e alle nostre esigenze.

Cons:

Il bagno è vecchio, piccolo e non adatto a una struttura ricettiva.
Non consigliabile il soggiorno con una famiglia.

Für uns war es sehr gut. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers incl. Kochecke war sehr gut.
Balkon für Raucher war auch dabei.
5 Minuten Fußweg zum Parco Ducale.
