Pros:

The A/c worked better than anywhere we had been in Italy, France or England. There are exterior shutters that can be closed for complete room darkening. The apartment property and location felt extremely safe. There was a blackout in Venice that happened about midnight, the blackout caused a breaker to flip. I walked into the building's courtyard the next morning and there was a female staff member that helped me get power back asap, extremely quickly.

Pros:

Appartamento ben ristrutturato con ottime finiture, arredamento moderno, cucina con tutto il necessario, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Permanenza piacevole e confortevole.
Pur entrando con i "codici" e non con una accoglienza "fisica" le istruzioni e le informazioni sono state ampie e molto ben scritte.
Certamente un appartamento di "alto livello" a Venezia

Pros:

Loved the very clear instructions from the host, step by step! Location was great! Condo was charming and comfortable.

Cons:

A maintenance repair for the boiler was scheduled during the morning of one of our days, the maintenance crew and the host spend several hours in our condo, which was inconvenient. The towels, although meant to be white, we old and Grey, looked dirty although they were clean.

Cons:

Located in the far side of the city. A little too far out of the hussle and bussle.
Our room didn't quite match what I thought we had booked, I was expecting a rooftop terrace , but when i went back to check I saw that the 2 bedroom did not indeed have one.
