The location was great for my needs. The "old gal" has seen better days.
Pros:

location and the car charger in the parking lot

Cons:

There was a mechanical noise that came out loudly every morning between 4"30 and 5 am.
There was no coffee maker, no microwave, no hot water to make tea
The main light in the room was difficult to turn off, maintenance had to be called. They were prompt
The tub to shower mechanism broke, maintenance had to be called.

Perfect From Start to Finish
Pros:

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff was so nice and friendly! They sent us a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary!
Our room was small but cozy and just right. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was not anything we didn't like. However, be advised there are no elevators if your room is upstairs.

Location and on property restaurant are both fabulous!

Cons:

Not enough room for parking and were no help. Response was essentially “oh well, have to find street parking” The issue is they have more rooms than spaces to park vehicles, so it’s up to chance.

Pros:

Good location in downtown Carmel

Cons:

Parking very very limited. One lot with 19 spaces for two hotels. Street parking very limited, particularly on Saturdays. After dropping off luggage on a Saturday afternoon we ended up driving seven blocks before we found a space! Property itself needs a big overhaul / floors are slanted, everything dated. Three story hotel - but no elevator

Perfect getaway at the perfect place
Pros:

This location was perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere. A block away from the main street, a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
