Very clean room, nice staff who showed us what we can do, gave us a map so it will be easy for us to look around, nice suggestions, breakfast was good as well
Stayed in a superior room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Room exceeded expectations and was good value. Excellent staff at reception, provided us with a complimentary bus pass to use during our stay and useful list of recommended places to eat. Quiet location, 10 minute walk into main part of city. Individual style with interesting antiques/art around the hotel. Didn't have time for breakfast but it looked nice.
Glass sliding door on toilet wasn't very practical - gets stuck and lack of privacy.
Could hear some sounds from people talking in other rooms on the first night.

Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß ins historische Zentrum der Altstadt. Schon nach fünf Minuten beginnt eine lange Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen netten Geschäften und vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Gute Stimmung im Hotel. Sehr angenehme Gespräche mit dem Personal. Gute Beratung im Hinblick auf empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Salzburg-Card. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Sogar Terrasse.
The decor was very cool, and my 20 year old loved the ‘vibe.’ Room was spotless and even had a mini fridge in it. It was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. And there’s a super cute terrace too.
It isn’t in Old Town so it’s about a 15 minute walk away, but we knew that when we booked it. Better price than hotels in Old Town, and this one is quieter.

Excellent location, very close to the city center and with easy access to the ring road. The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were relatively large, and having on-site parking was a huge plus.
Breakfast was a bit basic, but it was just a minor detail in an otherwise great stay.
