Lovely place to stay whilst exploring the city
Pros:

Friendly staff
Lovely breakfast buffet

Cons:

This wasn’t an issue for us but just be aware the property is up a short but steep hill.

Great place to stay in Kandy
Pros:

Very hospitable staff, friendly and welcoming. Great size rooms, beautiful swimming pool. Good choice for breakfast. Just down the road is the great restaurant 'The hideout lounge'.

Fijne plek net buiten het centrum. Schoon en goed.
Pros:

Fijn hotel net buiten het centrum. Heel schoon en netjes. Fijn zwembad na een dagje in de stad.

Cons:

Je zit iets uit het centrum dus een tuktuk nemen als je uit eten wil. Is geen probleem overigens en met Pick Me zo geregeld.

Pros:

Det var dejligt med en morgenmadsbuffet hvor man selv kunne vælge sin mad. Der var mange forskellige ting og de stod og lavede æggene når man bestilte dem.
Fine rene værelser

Cons:

Det var ret gammelt og der var mange huller i væggen mm. Det var forholdsvis dyrt i forhold til placering og hvad man ellers kunne få i kandy.
Det var dog rent og vi følte os trygge

Nahe am Zahntempel.
Der Empfang am Morgen war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft und in der Nacht, dachten wir an ein Geister Hotel. Wirkte alles sehr ausgestorben, verstaupt und unmotivert. Nicht sehr sauber und renovations bedürftig oder war sehr lange nicht benutzt worden.

Mooi hotel en fijne ligging bij het meer.
Pros:

Mooi hotel, prachtig gelegen aan het meer. Goede communicatie met de accommodatie en een fijne kamer (wel wat krap met 3 bedden). Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd. Wij konden er verder niet eten. Maar er zitten diverse restaurants in de buurt. Ook kun je wandelen naar de tempel van de tand (20 minuutjes ongeveer).

Cons:

Het zwembad was fijn en mooi gelegen (rustig) maar is wel wat buiten het hotel gelegen. Ook zaten er veel muggen (door al het groen en de schaduw eromheen). Kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen, maar daardoor hebben we niet lekker bij het zwembad kunnen zitten.

The hotel worked really well as a home base for our 4 nights in Kandy.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good with a choice of Sri Lankan or western foods. We liked the location because we could walk into town (15 - 20 min) and walk around the lake

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating.
Pool was great.
Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The location was good once you knew where you were, bit of a hill to get up and a little far out from the centre but not a bad walk.
