One night is enough
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The bathroom was cold. Cold water, cold floor. Also the floors were very noisy.

Pros:

El alojamiento es muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy grandes, espaciosas y brinda las comodidades requeridas para una estancia comoda y placentera, la zona es super segura, muy cerca queda estaciones de metro y metro bus.

Localização ótima, perto da Universidade Politécnica Nacional, onde era o evento do qual participaríamos. Perto também da Universidade Católica e de vários restaurantes. Região tranquila. Studio amplo, que acomodou muito bem duas pessoas. Havia pequena cozinha equipada com um fogão de duas bocas e microondas, o que permitiu fazer refeições rápidas no local. Há também uma cozinha coletiva com fogão e forno, onde refeições mais elaboradas poderiam ser feitas, com disponibilidade de ingredientes básicos (óleo, sal, pimenta, temperos). Na cozinha coletiva pudemos fazer algum grelhado sem impregnar o estúdio (minha colega era vegetariana).

Cons:

Para nós não foi um problema, mas o estúdio ficava no terceiro andar e não havia elevador. Alguém com mobilidade reduzida poderia ter dificuldades.

Excelente hotel a excelente precio
Pros:

La relación costó-beneficio

Cons:

He ido varias veces y todo ha estado excelente, por eso vuelvo allá cada que viajo a Quito (excepto una vez en que mis vecinos de habitación hacían mucho ruido, que solo pasa en algunas habitaciones cuyas paredes divisorias son prefabricadas)
