Pros:

Staff were exceptional, we accidentally booked a smoking room and they were able to change it to a non-smoking room for free. The staff members at the front desk during our stay were very kind too, they were able to give recommendations about the local area and how best to travel to the touristic spots.
There were three hangers per person already set in the room as well as an additional pillow per person. Extra pillows were also available downstairs at night.

Cons:

There's a faint smell of smoke in the corridor that you would expect from a hotel that probably used to have many more smoking rooms. The duvet inner is exposed with a single unattached cotton sheet below so that you do not have to touch the duvet itself. It's a pain to get the cotton sheet properly sitting between you and the duvet, especially if you are staying multiple nights. A real duvet cover would have been far better.

久しぶりの福井でリラックス
Pros:

部屋が清潔だったし、周りが静かで安心して過ごせました。口コミではお風呂のお湯の出方が少ないようなことが書かれていましたが、全くそんなことはありませんでした。

Cons:

静かな部屋ということで一番端の部屋を用意してくださったのですが、廊下が長かったことと、一つの部屋にガウンがなかったことが残念でした。（すぐに対応してくださったのてよかったのですが）涼しい日でしたので駅から歩いて来ましたが足の悪い姉には遠かったかな？と思いました。

朝食がおすすめ！
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。カニ雑炊や越前そば等、福井らしいものが多くあり楽しめました。ホテル内に飲食店があったり24時間空いている無人コンビニもあって便利だと思いました。

Cons:

使用前のお風呂に髪の毛が落ちていたことは少し残念でした。

Value for money stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
The room was small but better than APA.

Cons:

Unfortunately the window glass was really dirty and apparently no cleaning must be applied. Due to this it was not pleasant experience to open the curtain and watch the outside landscape
