Pros:

The location was perfect, 5 min to the beach.

Cons:

The elevators were the biggest issue. We had to wait for 5-10 min sometimes to go in.
The balcony door did not fully close, so it was really noisy when there was a music festival nearby.
The shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor which made it really messy. Except that everything was perfect.
Breakfast could be improved a bit.

Pros:

Leuke Hotel om er te verblijven. Proper , locatie is goed . Voldoende parking voor auto's.
Zwembad is ook heel leuk

Cons:

Ochtend veel overlast door werkzaamheden.
Lift is te vaak bezet, 2liften zijn niet voodoende voor zo een grote gebouw.

Pros:

La habitación era nueva, de obra reciente, y estaba todo impecable. La cama grande, la tele grande también, y todo limpio. El balcón con vistas al mar era espectacular.

El desayuno buffet es muy completo.

Cons:

Habíamos reservado una habitación grande con vistas directas al mar, y nos dieron una con vistas a la piscina. Tras reclamar, nos cambiaron a la habitación que habíamos pedido.
De los 3 ascensores del hotel, uno no ha funcionado ningún día, otro al principio no paraba en nuestro piso y con solo un ascensor para tanta gente, teníamos que esperar bastante. Además, las escaleras no se podían utilizar.

Rien du tout. Très mauvaise experience ! A fuir !!

Mensonges et fausses promesses à répétition:

On appelle pour insister sur la disponibilité et l'accessibilité (personne âgée); on nous rassure que c'est pris en compte!

On a réservé une suite avec vue; à l'arrivée, on nous propose une chambre à la cave avec escalier sans aucune alternative !

On réclame auprès de l'accueil et un représentant valide notre demande d'annulation, nous rembourse les taxes de séjour par carte bancaire (preuve disponible) et nous rassure que la suite sera gérée avec booking pour tracer l'annulation gratuite de la réservation;

On quitte l'hôtel à peine arrivé en attendant notre remboursement de 900 euros ; ils nous répondent, après plusieurs semaines, que la réservation à été maintenue et consommée (je me demande par qui...).

On n'a jamais vu aussi malhonnête et vicieux; même dans des établissements moins prestigieux que celui-ci...

NB: on vous dit que l'accès plage est pratique et facile depuis l'hôtel ; en réalité, c'est loin et difficile...

Great hotel, kind and attentive staff
Pros:

The room was lovely, the cleaning staff make it spotless every day-thank you Nadia and Karima! The pool was great, and the bar had good entertainment. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The restaurant waiter staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming to all guests. Special thank you to Chef Yassine, the breakfast selection was great and he always made the time to check in to make sure everything was running smoothly and checking in with guests. Thank you all for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Cons:

The new receptionist handling our check-in was sarcastic, our check-in documents had been misplaced, no apology, instead just tried to get rid of us, we weren’t told that our room was outside the main hotel building, had to figure it ourselves and we weren’t given any information about the the hotel facilities like breakfast and pool etc. But the rest of the staff made up for it!!

What can I say but amazing... the animation team made my holiday the best ever, Betty, and Jo Jo went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and having fun... definitely will be returning to this hotel
