Pros:

The entire property is beautiful. The location and the pool are really good!

Cons:

I wish the staff at the front desk are more friendlier. The hotel management need to put more effort to train the entire staff to deliver a good customer service.

Very beautiful
Pros:

The main lobby was very welcoming. They always have treats and drinks out. You can buy drinks from them. There was a snack bar as well as a drink bar in the room. They have an elevator, parking is so close, smells amazing inside, bedding is so crisp, high ceilings, clean bathrooms.

Cons:

Maybe a breakfast option would be amazing!

Great hotel for a short stay in Santa Barbara
Pros:

Location is great. Beach and Marina are very close. Downtown Santa Barbara is only a 15/20 minute walk, Free coffee & tea station and cookies.
