If I stay here again I will request a 2nd floor room.
Pros:

Very beautiful building and walking distance to everything

Cons:

The only negative review would be whoever was staying directly above me woke me early every morning so I was not able to sleep in, which I really wanted to do. I could hear them kicking a ball and jumping off the beds. I did ask the front desk if I could be moved to a room on the top floor but they said they were at capacity and could not. I dreaded every morning.

Don't stay here unless there are no alternatives
Pros:

Location - excellent

Cons:

staff - very underwhelming, sullen even
need to pay $18 a day for self-parking - ridiculous
pool LOCKED closed until 9am - really unhelpful
coffee but only at reception - LOCKED until far too late (9am?)
room looked out onto ... nothing; no attempt made to create / curate a view

We had a wonderful visit.
Pros:

It was very accommodating. Staff was so friendly. Great coffee! Clean, close to the harbor and beach. Pool area was great for visiting with family members who were also staying there.

Cons:

My mattress was a little to firm for me.

A gem!
Pros:

The location a few blocks from the beach and State street which makes it an ideal location.
The complimentary snacks that are available all day are a nice touch.
The pool area is clean. The hot tub jets were a bit wonky, but still worked.
Would stay here again.
