It’s ease of access, had everything we needed for an overnight stopover. Clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking - loving shopping centre 5 mins walk away for any forgotten essentials

Customer service was very poor, After cleaning they kept room door opened as we had a lot stuff in the room, when we came late night and see, Immediately went for complaint girl who was working as a duty manager at night said I am not actually work here let it know to manager, Then next day again went for complaint to manager so it won’t happen again, Duty manager Sukhman singh replied I have a breakfast coupon for you guys, So disappointed he even didn’t bother to say sorry this happened to you. After complaint they never gave us cleaning service as we were there for 5 nights even we left room before 10 with service note as per the policy. Cleaning was disgusting as well, I have few pictures which I took after cleaning.
Location, it was clean, staff were great.
The mattress was too soft, we both woke up with very sore backs.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Much better than I was expecting especially for a chain. Everything was grand and spotless with many amenities such as swimming pool, gym etc. Would definitely stay there again.

The room has a good size. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is modern with great shower.
It is very noisy, busy roads around the hotel. I had a corner room with 2 windows, the sound proofing is not great.
The hotel is right off the highway so perfect for transiting on Hwy 1 and the rooms are soundproofed so there was no highway noise.The staff were very polite and personable. I didn’t take advantage of Denny’s but it is 24 hours which is a big bonus.
The two elevators are a bit slow at busy times so it took me 31 minutes to come down from the 6th floor, get the luggage dolly, get back up to the 6th floor and get back down again, starting at check-out time!
My room was very nice and spacious but my drapes did not meet in the middle so the morning sun woke me early.

Staff was not up to expectations i booked through bookings.com when I got to the location no one at t the front desk when she showed up she said no reservation with no attemp to see what the issue is I had to show her my reservation on my phone she said she found it and that was it apathetic attitude to a customer. Not impressed

There was a dirty pillow case on one bed. And the TV didn't work. Called the front desk for help and by the time they came upstairs to look at it a half hour had gone by and my husband and son were falling asleep so it was too late. I expect the TV to work when I go to a hotel. My husband and had spent a lot of time trying to fix it ourselves, it should not be this hard.
