Me intentaron robar por la noche, en habitación 101 me abrieron la ventana por la noche, y mi maleta uno de los días tenía una combinación en la maleta que no era la que pongo yo cuando me voy de la habitación, siempre pongo la misma.

Localização excelente, pertinho da plaza de armas. O quarto é pequeno e simples mas muito confortável, tem aquecedor e cobertinhas. O café da manhã é muito completo e o atendimento da recepção é ótimo, inclusive fechamos nossos passeios por eles e o preço estava bem em linha com as agências terceiras. Como os passeios saem muito cedo eles separam um café pra você levar a parte. Também guardaram nossa bagagem pra que fossemos a Machu Pichu apenas com as nossas mochilas mesmo já tendo feito check-out

The place is amazing.
Good breakfast, reception and staff that are super willing to help. I had a problem while my stay, as I got sick and they helped me call to the hospital and support while I was having treatment. Location is a highlight and the bedrooms and bathroom are as nice as possible. Good value for money. My next stay in cusco will be there!

O quarto é grande e conta com cama confortável, aquecedor (o que ajuda bastante a enfrentar o frio de Cusco), chuveiro super tecnológico e também muito bom. Ademais, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e cordiais. Oferecem chá de Coca e muña o dia inteiro, ajudando na climatização.
