El personal, muy amable y atento, te ofrecen excursiones directamente en recepcion, cosa que se agradece si nunxa estubiste en Cusco.
El baño, renovado muy bonito y comodo.
La ubicacion muy buena a 2 min de la plaza de armas.
Si llegaste hasta aquí no busques más, La Posada del Viajero te ofrece todo lo que buscas, a menos de 200 metros de la plaza de armas, ubicado en zona de restaurantes, el personal es amable, el lugar muy bonito y limpio, el desayuno delicioso, si sales a un tour temprano no importa la hora, te entregan un box para llevar, te guardan el equipaje mientras sales a otro lugar a quedarte en la noche como Machu picchu, en la recepción hay agua potable fría y agua caliente para infusiones de coca y muña y otras variedades de té, adicionalmente hay calefacción lo cuál es importante para el frío que hace en Cusco.

Outstanding service by Anthony, who allow us to store our luggages. We were able to rest in the afternoon and drink mate de coca before our late flight to Lima. All the staff were friendly.

La ubicación un poco, como está metido en un pequeño callejón se dificulta el ingreso y salida con las maletas
This is very central accommodation - very close to the main square which is great and very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast here but they always did a packed lunch for us. We also managed to do the laundry here.
Our room didn’t have a proper window - there was one small window at the top - this couldn’t be opened. The only window was into the hallway. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything and I got woken up a few times during the day - some people using their hairdryer around midnight. Not fault of the hotel though.
As atendentes da recepção foram nota 10, principalmente a Sarita! Nos orientaram de tudo e foram muito solícitas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com um ótimo atendimento. Achamos nosso quarto pequeno, e ele não tinha janela, por isso achamos ele um pouco abafado. Mas ficamos bem e aproveitamos muito Cuzco. Excelente a localização!
Um dia o chuveiro não esquentou o suficiente. Era bem tarde e não sabemos se o frio interferiu no aquecimento. Sempre verificar se o quarto tem janela que possa abrir.

Me gustó todo. Magnífica hubicación, cerca de las principales atracciones, restaurantes, estación inca rail para ir a Machu Picchu, super tranquilo y acogedor, la limpieza impecable. El servicio 10 de 10, siempre atentos y dispuestos a que el huesped esté cómodo.
La cama es muy cómoda y amplia. La habitación también tiene un buen tamaño, él baño también es muy cómodo
A pesar de estar puesta tapones de oidos escuche y me desperté toda la noche con el ruido de las personas qué sé iban o venian al hotel, haciendo que no pueda dormir casi nada :(
Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, bom cafe da manha. Acomodações confortaveis e tambem realizam cafe da manha "to go", avisando 1 dia antes podem retirar o cafe antes do horario estabelecido, o que ajuda muito nos passeios que saimos de madrugada.
O chuveiro por vezes esta frio, mas ao avisar na recepção, eles aiustam o gas central e demora cerca de 20 minutos para normalizar.
