Localização excelente; perto da plaza de armas mas sem o barulho costumeiro (especialmente em altas temporadas como o inti raymi, que tem desfiles toda a semana). Restaurantes por perto, os guias buscam no hotel e tem inclusive como fechar os passeios com Kenya que nos ajudou de forma excelente a organizar nossos passeios.
Café da manhã bom, nada muito extravagante, mas com chá a disposição e comidas ótimas para iniciar o dia.
Podem deixar também as malas nas dependências do hotel, caso necessário.
Equipe sem palavras, todos incrivelmente solicitos para nos atender e entender também a mistura de português e espanhol. Respondem rápido pelo Whatsapp Ponto mais forte eu diria.

Ficamos duas vezes nesse hotel. Para quem faz trilhas de manhã cedo, eles preparam um kit café da manhã e deixam guardados nossas coisas enquanto fomos para Macchu Picchu. Vale a pena
Quarto simples, com aquecedor e agua quente a vontade.
- localização, a poucos passos da Plaza Mayor e a meio caminho de San Blas;
- quarto reformado e aconchegante;
- bom café da manhã, inclusive com lunch box para os dias de passeio muito cedo;
- pessoal prestativo e educado.
- a recepção é um tanto rústica e antiquada, mas isso pouco afeta a estadia;
- o isolamento acústico é um pouco deficiente. Tivemos sorte, durante nossa estadia de 4 noites, somente em uma tivemos um vizinho barulhento.

La ubicación excelente, y a pesar de tener algunos bares cercanos, la habitación era muy silenciosa. Justo al frente hay un mini market, lo que es útil, y estaba a una cuadra y media de la plaza de armas. La mejor almohada que he tenido nunca en un hotel.
Algo mínimo, sería ideal si el piso del baño fuera radiante (que se calienta)

L’emplacement, la disponibilité et les conseils des hôtes (Sarit, Anthony, Suly). La chambre était top. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

La zona de la recepción...parece vieja y oscura...por suerte las habitaciones son hermosas..modernas con calefaccion y con un hermoso baño !
Desde nuestra llegada hasta el momento de la salida, recibimos una atención excepcional. Todos fueron muy amables, atentos, profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su dedicación y hospitalidad hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable y memorable.
