Cons:

Un recepcionista muy antipático ,nos subía por las escaleras cargados con las maletas sin decirnos que había ascensor.
Que para poner la calefacción tengas que avisar por wasap para que te la pongan ellos.
En el comedor hace frío.

Great location, better than expected.
Pros:

Everything was great and clean with nice friendly and helpful staff. The roof top breakfast was a bonus.

Cons:

It did get cold and you can call down to start the heater. It worked a little too well above only one bed, like a boiler. The next night no heater for us, but the big blankets worked well. But I will still go back.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bueno, y muy bien ubicado sobre todo, a dos cuadras de la plaza de Armas. Es tranquilo donde está ubicado, no se escucha nada. Viajamos en familia.

Ficamos duas vezes nesse hotel. Para quem faz trilhas de manhã cedo, eles preparam um kit café da manhã e deixam guardados nossas coisas enquanto fomos para Macchu Picchu. Vale a pena
