Very disappointing
Pros:

Close to beach, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

No pool, hot tub for the 4th year in a row. No ice machine working and elevator was down for awhile. Coffee and lemonade only things offered but shut down at 11am? Also, advertised a restaurant return in summer of 2026. We stayed at the end of August and no sign of any restaurant in the works. Understandably the pool was shut down this year because of “snow” on the roof, but it doesn’t take 6 months to get it fixed.

I would never stay here again.
Cons:

Property needs an upgrade. Rugs need to be replaced. There’s no gym, pool was closed (stayed in August). No amenities, none!

Pros:

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and responsive.

Cons:

Overall it needs updating. The hallways were hot and had a bad smell.

Great location and staff but needs Major upgrades
Pros:

Great location. Unique room layout. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Georgia from housekeeping ❤️

Cons:

Although the location, room and staff were good the hotel itself needs a major facelift. Pool and ice machines were out of service. The deck was seriously worn out. Too bad because it was a great place to sit. The stairwells were lit with Xmas lights with wet floor signs everywhere. Major facelift/ renovation needed!

Location was great..Very close to beach ..restaurants.Pier Marketplace

is next door.Room was nice beds comfortable ..whirlpool tub ...Xlarge bath towels.

Pool closed. Restaurant closed no breakfast choices on site. Coffee in the morning in the lobby that was noted would be there at 7 am had no creamer or other choices other than oat milk..or the powdered packet creamers . Thanks to Queen of Cups in the Pier Marketplace for a decent cup of coffee .
