Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 10:30am. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancellation
Flexible rate bookings: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
Non-refundable rate bookings: a full refund is available if cancelled within 48 hours of the original booking being made. After that, no refund applies.

Children under 16 have restricted pool times contact us after booking and we’ll send the current schedule. Some rooms are internal with no external-facing window; if a view matters to you, let us know when you book and we’ll do our best. Health club, restaurant and bistro hours may change over the Christmas period call us directly to check before you travel.

Dinner in the hotel & breakfast in the golf club can’t fault anything 🤩
Breakfast was awesome and well worth the extra money, so much fruit tinned and fresh, lots of dried fruit/nuts choices, yoghurt, fruit juices, as much toast and hot food as you would like. Nice bar and atmosphere, friendly staff.
The hotel was good. Room was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. Fish and chips in the Bistro was excellent. Did not eat in the restaurant as we were visiting family.
We had asked for a quiet room on the ground floor and that is what we were allocated.
Room excellent, comfortable and clean. I had left some belongings behind in error and the staff found them and kept them until someone collected them. I was very grateful.

Wasn't made to feel like a valued customer on arrival. Having prepaid on a room only basis, I felt like I wasn't their normal kind of client and so was dismissed to the far side of the hotel.

- The shower didn't work on the Sunday morning when we were getting ready to leave, neither did the one in my son's room next door, or the one my brother was using on the floor below. We reported this to reception staff when we were leaving and were asked to contact the hotel manager, who (via e-mail) has since brushed it off and insinuated that we were telling tales to get compensation (as the shower was working the next day when there were likely hardly any people using them in the hotel).
- The extract fan in the bathroom wasn't working.
- Our room had opaque film on the window. When the window was opened there was the wall of another part of the hotel directly behind it. This was the same in my son's & brother's rooms. This is not mentioned on the booking website so beware if you want a room with a view.
- We left the window open when we were out during the evening and had a couple of mosquitos in the room when we returned.
- Having the window opened also left a drain smell in the room which took a while to get rid of after the window was closed.
- The hotel is very dated inside.
- A few days before we were due to arrive at the hotel we got a message to say that there was a function on during our stay. This was a wedding so we had to live through the inevitable dull thudding of the disco until late into the night.
- Breakfasts are extra, so beware of that!
- The use of the spa facilities are extra, so beware of that!
So avoid this place unless you really have to!
