Pros:

De ontvangst van de dame bij aankomst op 21 april om ca 22.00 was verder beneden alle peil.
De heren om ca 23.00 zeer correct. Verder in de ochtend iedereen zeer correct. Vandaar mijn lage score bij aankomst.

Het is een vrij nieuw en modern hotel met een goede ligging

Cons:

De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn ronduit bot en onbehulpzaam.  De airco op de kamer was defect,  dit is s avonds! gemeld, en de reactie was sorry, morgen bent u de eerste. Geen oplossing, niet eens proberen te begrijpen wat er is. Zo ongeïnteresseerd heb ik het nergens nog meegemaakt. 


De nacht was warm en klam, dus voor niets extra betaald en een duurder hotel met airco geboekt. De klacht ook online gemeld. De volgende dag bij uitcheck idem dito: niet eens gevraagd hoe de nacht was, dus brachten wij het zelf ter sprake. Geen begrip, of ook maar iets van compensatie.  Of we maar snel het bedrag wilden pinnen, zonder specificatie of rekening, moesten we ook om vragen. 


Tot overmaat van ramp werd ook nog onze pas geweigerd, en de 2e ook. Het lag aan ons, want de betaling bij iemand anders ging wel goed.. gelukkig kwam er nog iemand uit checken en daar ging het ook mis, gelukkig maar, en konden we een overboeking uitvoeren.  Problemen kunnen er zijn maar deze mate van ongastvrijheid is zo vreemd dat ik daarom deze review schrijf. Er was duidelijk meer interesse in de conferenties die plaatsvonden.


We konden wel onze email achterlaten en dan wordt er contact opgenomen, we wachten af...

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das einzige "Problem" war, dass wir für 3 reserviert haben, das Zusatzbett aber nicht bezogen war. Die Rezeption war bis 23 Uhr besetzt und wir sind knapp davor gekommen. Zum Glück hat uns die Dame der Rezeption noch eine Bettwäsche gebracht

Sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten und der kostenlose Parkplatz.

Bei der direkten Lage am Mainradweg fehlte mir eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Ein Hotel in dem man sich wohl fühlt
Pros:

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Alles ist da was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist sehr schwach.
