The location is great, the staffs are very welcoming and friendly, the room view was breathtaking, the food was great and the overall experience was awesome

Pros:

We had a renovated room and that was really nice. But the other floors looked as they could really use a renovation

Cons:

We didn’t like the atmosphere at the swimming pool. Lots of loud music. Everybody had their own music. Lots of men where drunk.

Pros:

If you don’t get breakfast included it’s $41 per person for Buffett however they do a a nice affordable breakfast menu. I recommend buying stuff to drink from a grocery store. Or else you’ll spend $10 for a beer lol

Lastimosamente la primera vez que me pasa en un hotel de la cadena Marriott, que no me realizan aseo.
Durante los cuatro días de estadía nunca obtuve recambio de toallas, nunca obtuve aseo en la habitación
De hecho obligatoriamente, tuve que sacar dos bolsas de basura, el cual para mí no es incomodidad, me gusta el aseo, pero siento que una cadena de este nombre y con el valor por el cual cobran debería ser de mayor calidad

Incredible Vacation
Pros:

We had an amazing vacation, and the biggest reason we’ll be coming back is because of the incredible staff especially Jodean, Natasha, and another wonderful team member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember.

They went above and beyond every single day to make sure our family was taken care of. They always checked that we had enough water for our daughter and, knowing she had been sick a few weeks before our trip and was going through a phase where she was afraid to eat and had become extremely picky, they made it a priority to make sure she ate something every day. Whether it was finding her a yogurt, some fruit, or a Danish, they never stopped checking on her. As parents, that meant more to us than words can express, and it’s something we will always remember.

The room itself was basic and a little on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. The pools were great for our daughter, although one side of the main pool seemed to have filtration issues and the water wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The beach showers were also out of service about half the time, which was a bit inconvenient.

Despite those minor issues, we had the best vacation we’ve ever had. Junkanoo Beach being directly across the street was absolutely perfect and made the location unbeatable.

A heartfelt thank you to Jodean and Natasha for your kindness, compassion, and genuine care for our daughter. You made our vacation truly special, and because of you, we will absolutely be returning. We will never forget what you did for our family.
